Staff was great except the cleaning lady. She had a bit of attitude. Other than that, on point. The entertainment staff was amazing Jason is a great member of your team & deserves a raise!!

Love Jamaica

Always feel so welcome in Jamaica. We run into a maintenance guy several times in the hotel, I wish I would have gotten his name, he was the nicest person we ever met. He knew we were leaving the next day and he gave us a hug and thanked us for staying there! I would have hired him in a second for my company!!! Nice everything at RIU!

Great Hotel Yeah Mon

Excellent entertainment crew! Every night something different. Great music, good food, good people. I finally was able to relax. I would add tables or cup holders to the lounge chairs on the beach.

great vacation

we had a great time, but missing the champagne. The entertainment , the staff was great. we missed the kids menue at the steak house. My kids loved the waterpark.
