    My Stay

    My stay at the RIU Palace Aquarelle was a wonderful experience. From the point of getting there and being met by a member of staff and offered a drink, this was the start of a memorable experience. Check-in was a breeze. Our was room was well prepared, and well stocked. The buffet restaurant had numerous meal options. i certainly will be back.......

    Bob and Debs get away

    Only one problem. We needed to be at the airport a lot sooner almost missed our flight. The staff, food and entertainment and check in/out staff were amazing. All of the staff always had a smile and genuinely made us feel like we were "home". The entertainment and staff were spectacular! Extra Kudos to Ojay, Shantee, Romain, the DJ. Amanda and the greeter (unsure of her name) in the Buffet were also very Wonderful. We hope to return soon! Our room also was spectacular! #1151

    Very nice

    My husband and I travelled to Riu during my birthday. The service staff saw me with a cake and learned about my birthday. They sang enthusiastically to celebrate for me, leaving me with very good memories.

    Nice hotel, but ruined by certain staff.

    Nice new hotel, however ruined by a certain number of staff. Swim up room was nice until someone smashed a glass from one of the balcony rooms above. Called reception to inform them, and was accused of smashing the glass myself. Not a great experience and definitely not up to riu standard in my opinion. Love Jamaica but would not return to this hotel. Food was sub standard for riu.

    The best hotel I stayed in!

    An excellent hotel! The food was absolutely outstanding. The only thing I didn’t quite like was the rocky entry into the sea.
