Best holiday ever. Hotel and staff are amazing and can’t wait to return. Bar staff great fun, reps attentive and couldn’t do enough. Pools all excellent, beach is stunning and the sea is like getting into a warm bath. Room was huge and the view of the beach was stunning . Truly amazing

We arrived one our past check in time, room wasn’t ready, went to have something to eat, came back to reception, was told that they rebooked us to another room, but there were no rooms available with king size bed Not enough towel cards, had to go twice to reception to get cards Food is average, of lot of meat is undercooked Beach is terrible, about 10 feet in, sharp rocks, very easy to injure yourself need water shoes, which you can purchase at the hotel for $25 Overall not a 5 star hotel, in few years might be but definitely not now

Anniversary Break Away
We decided to take a break away from our original holiday, and decided to try Riu. We had a lovely experience here. The room was great, the staff were welcoming and polite, they were happy to help and we would definately recommend Riu Falmouth to our friends.

Fun with Family
The resort was a very nice place to stay. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the resort, it always seemed like there were crews to help keep things clean all over the resort, especially the bathrooms. Unfortunately the wait times on the elevator were a little long. Also, resort credits are a little misleading. The buffet was great. Troya made our experience of eating at the buffet so much fun. She killed it everyday! Although the food was good, a little disappointed in the Asian and Italian restaurant. We were not able to make a reservation in the gourmet restaurant. The sports bar had some of the best nachos ever and a good portion size!! It would be nice if there was at least another restaurant as well. It would be helpful to be able to call to make reservations and be able to make them for your entire stay at one time, rather than doing it daily on the app. Entertainment was great, especially the Michael Jackson Tribute. The choreographer and Smalls rocked it. Charlotte and Zoey were extremely polite and very welcoming. They were all stars! The Marley Bar was the bomb, thanks to Chavel, Pearson, Demar, and Darren. The other bartenders were good too, but these four especially made each day of our trip a great day! They were so much fun and always kept our classes filled. Chavel and Pearson always had our drinks ready before we even made it to the bar! I would definitely recommend the resort especially to families with children ages 10-16. The workers were amazing and very welcoming in every way.

Entertainment staff brilliant, restaurant staff brilliant, reception staff, lacking problem solving skills, very inflexible and unwilling to move when up against a problem (that has an unsatisfactory resolution for the customer), I'm guessing they've never heard of "the customer is always right"!!!
