All staff was exceptional - entertainment, restaurant, guest services & maintenance! Spring break parties at the Santa Fe added unexpected entertainment for our week. Only complaint - no washcloths, robes or glasses in our room all week.

Beautiful property, very well kept! Everyone is very hospitable and kind. Helpful workers that have job and kindness in what they do. Great entertainment at hotel. Very clean facilities and room service. Enjoyed my stay! Would love to come back!

Everything was amazing as far as service & cleanliness. The room service menu can be better. Not many options.
A group of 5 of us went. Over all we loved staying at the all adults resort, and having access to all other properties.

A Nice Surprise
The resort is one of 3 that are attached, especially off the beach, and as you're allowed to move between them if you have your band on, it's almost 3 for the price of one, so that's a bonus. As for the Baja: the rooms/suites are large, clean, nicely furnished and ours had a balcony to the courtyard. The staff is excellent, with everyone, from maid to manager, smiling and greeting us every single time we saw them. The front desk was friendly and competent and we had no issues checking in or out. As for amenities, plenty of them, with especially beautiful, large pools off of the beach, which faces the famous Arch, and the docking cruise ships. Food was like any resort, ranging from decent to excellent and with 7 restaurants, you can pick and choose. The Riu Party atmosphere was VERY present as we were there during Spring Break, so the energy level was through the roof. If you like peace and quiet...try the Palace, as the Baja is Adults Only and the Santa Fe directly next door is the go-to for young holidayers. But I liked the energy so it was a non-factor. There was an accident that I was unfortunately the victim but the Baja, then head office handled the situation splendidly. All in all, an excellent vacation spot and we are going back.

The property was nice, infinity pool was amazing but service and food is another story. At the bars premium alcohol beverages wasn’t visible you had to ask for it and even then it’s not guaranteed that you are getting what you ask, they poor in the glass cheep tequila instead of premium without hesitation. Same thing in the restaurants, it happened to me 4 times. Food was below average fish was too salty every time was served, meats were chewy, deserts were watery for my taste. Local guests were served first even if they stayed in line behind you it happened to me few times. That was our experience at this resort I don’t think we ever go back there again.
