Absolutely Great
We come here every year and seem to enjoy it better each year. Thank you, and we can't wait until next year.

Good Vibes
Overall i enjoy this property not good as RIU jamaica because the food was not as good would have like to have more authentic foods seasoning food was bland and the drink were watered down we were there for our cousin 40th birthday and would have liked the drinks to be a little bit stronger.but overall i liked the property very clean and well maintained and staff was friendly and helpful.

Pleasing Experience !!!!!
I really loved the property. It was fairly new/remodeled. A lot of things to do. A lot of food. It even had a massage tub which I did not use. The staff were very servicing and helpful. The gourmet restaurants were pretty good. Only 2 issues which did not let me put all 5 stars accross. The first night I realized there was no remote control in the room which you need to run off the TV since it did not have any manual button. When I called the front desk they literally told me to wait until next morning, so I had to get up on the furniture and disconnect the TV manually from the socket myself, if not we would have had to sleep with TV light on. 2nd - the last day I requested and additional half an hour of checkout time which was denied. which for half an hour did not make sense after being there 5 days/4nights. It was kind of leveled off after the lady handed me a note telling me I can continue using the installation after check-out. Because I had a car, I had no problems and stayed another hour at the installation, if not it would have been frustrating, not a deal killer but frustrating.

Customer for Life
This was an awesome celebration of my husband's 50th birthday. The staff was welcoming. The rooms were well maintained. The food at the restaurants was average but the buffet was solid. Lots of pools. Entertainment every night. Everything settles down at a decent time to allow vacationers to rest. We got the best massages we've ever had at the spa. No harassing timeshare pitches. It's one of the few truly all-inclusive resorts I've seen so far. We absolutely loved Javier. He tended to our group of 20 so well by the pools with a smile the entire time. We plan to return. This is officially one of my favorite spots now.
