Beautiful resort, beds are severely lacking
We were told there was an option for double beds or a King sized bed with a sofa sleeper. We had 3 adult women that were put into a room with two very small double beds, with no sofa sleeper. I requested a cot, they said that was not an option. So we had to bunk up. Very little sleep between the three of us. The restaurants closed early, and stopped seating by 9:00pm which was disappointing. Overall, the food was okay. Some was great, most was basic. Overall, we loved the amenities, hospitality, location and views. Would stay again, but I hope the beds and food improve.

Mouse Droppings on the Bed
Horrible experience to say the least! I came back to my room at 2 am after it was serviced by housekeeping and found mouse droppings scattered on my bed and all throughout the room. Was told a manager would be coming to speak with me only to be told later that she wouldn't be on the property until 9 am.Originally only offered to change the sheets because no rooms were availble before eventually moving me to a new room after I insisted and refused that. I get to the new room and the lock didn't work. Stood in the hallway with all of my luggage for 30 minutes waiting for the locked to be fixed until I was finally let in around 3:30 am. Manager wasn't helpful the next morning and they have pretty much ghosted me ever since this happened in July. You can only email for complaints because the "customer service" line says they can't help after your stay is complete. I finally received a response from them via my credit card company today (after multiple disputes) with them offering $140. This doesn't even cover one night there. Please stay away! First and last time I stay at this sort of establishment.

Great vacation with family and young adults! food, drinks, and entertainment were on point!! Excellent experience. Only downfall was the size of beds! full sized bed for 2 people, too small!

Christmas vacation
Check in was fast and rooms were cleaned. We arrived around 11am so room wasn’t ready till a little after 3pm so that was no big deal. Only ate the buffet and pool lunch since I’m doing the carnivore diet and was easier to find meals. Service was good at the pool, restaurants, and the bars. Beach was rough so didn’t get in. Entertainment was boring so could find better things off the resort. I would return to Cabo again but probably choose an diff resort.
