Rooms need to be better sealed to avoide hearing next room people. Should provide bigger or more bath mat. Depending on the season, some night get colder, requiring heater but no heating equipped rooms. Should provide options for Vegetarians, vegans. Many items marked vegetarian had eggs in them which makes them not vegetarian. During checkin process, in house people gets priority at the counter, leaving newly arrived guest wait until the in house guests are served. This is not right. Should serve first come first serve regardless of the status or have equal number of staff designated to help this process at reception. Other than this, the rest of the experience was fantastic.

We really enjoyed our second stay at this resort. Once again the service and cleanliness are top notch. I was impressed that they enforced the no saving sun loungers rule. The food was always good and there is something to enjoy at each meal. Very promt on bringing drinks poolside. This resort did not seemed overwhelmed with too many guests, as next door at the santa fe it was a zoo!! I am sure we will return again one day. Thanks for the great stay!

Overall it was a good experience. The food was decent, everyone that worked there was very nice and accommodating, and the beach was amazing. The only thing is the aggressive vendors on the beach. We rented a cabana and the whole time vendors were trying to sell us things while we tried to relax.

Cleanliness
The staff were cleaning everywhere at all times, the bedrooms washrooms pool area everywhere was perfectly clean and fine

A few problems
My Ac didn’t work in my room and took awhile. (Wasting my time). Then I asked if we could switch rooms a couple of days after stay in a room with a very small balcony. We changed rooms and there were several issues with that room that I paid more money for Again AC didn’t work the switches in the bathroom didn’t work correctly the balcony door wouldn’t close. After I called the front desk I was told repair guys would be up in 15 minutes 40 minutes later he showed up but said he can’t fix it he will have to call for another guy. 1 hour later another showed up and got it working. That night when we got back to our room late and went to bed we didn’t sleep all night because every time the AC went on or off there was a loud banging. Which was like every 15 minutes. In the morning I called front desk again they said a repair guy will be up in 15 minutes 40 minutes later I called again. Then they told me he would be up in 10 minutes. I said if not I will be down to talk to someone. 30 minutes later I went down and asked to talk to a manager. I spoke with Ivan and asked if he can compensate me in any way like remove the xtra charge for new room. He refused. He said he would make sure the repair guy would be up in 5 minutes. The repair man (Edwardo) told me the noise is normal. I said no way. He fixed the bathroom switches tried to fix balcony door and then tried to change the relay on AC and said he would have to find another to put in. He came back later and fixed the AC. Many of my paid for vacation hours were lost due to me waiting and calling for repairs. I’m sure I’m not saying all the times correct of waiting because I know it was more like 3 1/2 hours for the new room to get it repaired Even though the balcony door never was repaired correctly.
