    Highly recommend Hotel RIU Palace Cabo San Lucas

    January 2025. This was a family vacation and everything was first class. The staff are so friendly, food was excellent the resort is well maintained, very safe and I highly recommend this location, especially with young families.

    Wonderful Vacation

    Any hesitation we had about staying at the Riu Palace in Cabo San Lucas, faded completely upon arrival. The welcoming staff and the fabulous set up of the property with its pools, restaurants and beach access immediately won us over. Also, the freedom to visit the two sister properties was a plus, especially the Santa Fe with its wild parties and unique water toboggans. The entire place cleanliness and variety of food complemented with excellent service kicked the score to over 100%. The only disappointment we had was with the catamaran tour we signed up with an independent contractor available within the hotel premises; we indicated we wished for a tour to watch the whales and were sold a late afternoon/evening tour that was very nice and enjoyable, but at the time we didn't know that it was not for when the whales are viewable as they can only be seen in the morning and noon. Beware of false promises. We shall look for other Riu properties when planning our next vacation.

    Wonderful, beautiful resort with great food and service

    Gorgeous resort set on the beach. Great service. Delicious food and drinks. Not skimpy on the alcohol. Decent activities. Beautiful landscaping. Will definitely go again! The only issue was the health club - it's way too small for a resort that size. And the weight were falling apart.
