Terrible
Terrible. Even though on these reviews it says you can go to the Rius in this complex, you can NOT. Our friends were at the RIU palace Cabo San Lucas and because it was full, we stayed at the RIU palace Baja California. They came over the Baja California and they were kicked out by security. You can not go between resorts! Also, even though we were at the Baja California, we were not allowed to go to the speciality restaurants at the Sante Fe or the RIU Cabo San Lucas. This is just a really loud party place. Do not come if you want quiet.

Great trip with friends!
This hotel was really nice and all of the staff were so friendly! I stayed here with my friends and we had a great time. The airport pick up and drop-off was super helpful and it was a very seamless process. The service at the restaurants and pool were great, and all the food and drinks were actually good which surprised me for an all-inclusive resort. The rooms were nice too, with comfortable beds, however I will say I didn't sleep great as there were lots of loud noises and banging that woke me up, however it could have also been louder because our room was on the first floor. Overall, we had a really nice stay and I would come back here.

Clean resort w/access to neighboring RIU
This resort was accommodating for a large wedding group. The food was decent and resort and area around resort was clean and well-kept. Quick Uber ride into town to Cabo Waco Cantina. Some staff were reluctant to allow for a second entree at dinner, but most staff were excellent, especially our waitress Blanca. Really enjoyed the iced coffee at the cafe! Con- limited area to exchange beach towels, sand was hard, water too cold and choppy- really had to stay at the pool only.

WOW
RIU Palace Cabo San Lucas We are halfway through our vacation at this beautiful resort. I’m so thrilled that we get to spend another seven days here. When I am arranging a vacation for my family. I look at all the positive reviews to help guide my selection, the RIU Palace at Cabo is highly rated. A few weeks before we leave I peruse the negative ones just so I can be prepared. We are staying in room 3039. The housekeeping staff is exceptional. Our room is promptly cleaned and pristine! Well stocked with everything we need. The whole resort is so clean, the stairs, the bathrooms, the walkways everything. The food is delicious, every meal every restaurant, every snack. Each, and every staff member, from the chefs to the waiters/waitresses, and those hardworking people that replenish the food and take away the dirty dishes. The front desk staff is phenomenal, so kind so helpful, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and answer all your questions. I’ve been horrified to see how some guests treat these employees and so impressed how they manage these interaction. With class, decorum and manners. I wish the guests had the same regard for them. The staff to guest ratio seems to be very high. No matter where you sit around the pool or which pool you sit at there are people taking care of you. I’m so impressed that the management staff as they are very present, visible, and approachable. I wish I could remember all of their names, but Alexa sticks out in my mind. In the coming week, I will try to keep track of and be able to name all of the people that have made our vacation so amazing. I’ve been here a week and cannot find one negative thing to say about this resort, service or the people that work here!

Awesome resorts
Love RIU resorts! And this is even better because all 3 are right together. Where we stayed will also get you into the Sante Fe (has parties and water slides). Only downside is that this part of the ocean is non swimmable. Love having Peppe's Grill open 10-6 and right on the pool deck. The only thing that would make any stay better is a free airport shuttle.
