Jan 28, 2025We had an amazing stay at this resort! Very clean and a lot of fun activities
Lots of fun activities, very clean, lots of pools and a great beach area! Buffet always had a great selection and the restaurant were fantastic, staff was very friendly & helpful....shows were fantastic!

Wonderful vacation
The beach was clean, no algaes, and some days, almost no waves... Very nice place, very clean and the service was excellent. we did not wait long for the restaurants, our drinks at the pool and at the beach. At the end of the afternoon, almost no empty glasses left by the pool and in the bar areas. Not to crowded, perfect for us. Thank you!

Excellent resort!
I’ve been to different 5 stars resorts in Mexico and this one is my favourite. The food is amazing, the beach is beautiful, the service is 10/10 . You get both worlds, you want to relax you stay in riu palace and if you want to party you go to riu dunama(is 3 minutes walk from the beach and we have access) . You won’t regret it just book at riu palace costa mujeres .

Stellar resort with impeccable service
From check-in to checkout can only make favourable comments in all aspects. Stellar service, excellent food selection, attention to comfort and cleanliness, and a spectacular beach without seaweed. It fulfilled our expectations and at times even exceeded. The only one thing that we found missing was the Mexican feel to the environment. The modern structure gave it a generic vibe suggesting we could have been anywhere when we wanted to feel the traditional Mexican charm. However, this didn't hamper our enjoyment of our vacation. Would highly recommend this resort.
