    Beautiful Resort, Excellent Service

    We spent a week at this resort. Everything was well maintained and clean. The standard room was spacious, more than enough for our family of 4. Wonderful friendly service everywhere. At the buffet, food options were always plenty and good quality for the most part, but we ran into some problems with our daughters’ gluten free needs. While they worked hard to accommodate and made some foods special order (greatly appreciated!!), some foods were mislabelled as gluten free and cross-contamination was something we always had to be careful about. The pools were very nice and there was enough space and chairs that the never felt particularly crowded. Still you have to claim your spot early if you want your choice of where to sit. Beautiful beach, we even spotted someone staging an elaborate marriage proposal while we were there! Biggest drawback is location, but depending on what you want from your stay, it may actually be an asset. Costa Mujeres is beautiful and the beach there is arguably nicer than anything south of Cancun. But it’s also kind of isolated and you should expect a long drive if you want to go to Cancun or take one of the many excursions in the Playa Del Carmen area, All in all, I would highly recommend this resort.

    Great vacation

    Adult family vacation. We enjoyed our vacation. Staff was wonderful, resort was clean. The beach is clean and soft sand, but the beach chairs are very close together not a lot of space do to the palm trees. Would recommend and would go back.

    3rd Time

    This was our 3rd visit. The staff is eager to please and friendly. They are constantly cleaning and keeping up the grounds. Great beach. Only con is the long drive to airport.

    Very memorable mother- daughter trip

    I highly recommend this property. It is cleaned to perfection and the service is exceptional. We loved it so much that we extended the trip. The staff helped us to reach out to the airline and guided us through contacting the pick-up service. So much to say. The food was plenty, diverse and delicious. Honestly, I have no complaints! We’re ready to go back!

    Anniversary trip

    Beautiful and clean restore. Very friendly staff and entertainment team. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Our favorite part of the stay was the Jungle and white party. Only disappointment was the food. The food at times was bad. We mostly enjoyed snacks from the coffee shop during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
