Overall, it was a great experience. I would return to this location for sure. However, did not have a great sleep quality because of the noise outside of the resort.

Perfect girls trip
Great resort, great location, the entertainment team always made us have a great time. Yoga on the beach, aqua dance at the swim up bar (Hanover pool). We had a blast. Breakfast every morning before excursions, shopping or relaxing was spent with Audrey, he’s the BEST! Keep it up RiuPalace this girl will be back ASAP!!

Honest review
This resort offers access to both the Riu Montego Bay and the Riu Reggae, giving you the best of both worlds. Honestly, it’s totally worth it—the food, the people, and the vibes are all top-notch. The entertainment team was exceptional, with DJ Unstoppable and the whole crew keeping the party alive and ensuring there was never a dull moment. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to unwind while also having fun. You can enjoy the lively party atmosphere at the Riu Reggae or Riu Montego Bay and then retreat back to your main hotel to relax in a calmer, more laid-back setting with a great ambiance. It's the perfect balance of chill and excitement. I definitely don’t regret choosing this resort. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Thanks again to everyone for making our stay so memorable!

Our stay was very pleasing. All of the amenities, rooms, staff and food were great. Only hiccup was a power outage one of the evenings for a few hours that delayed dinner plans and messed with AC in the room but all was resolved eventually.

The most attentive staff so kind and always wanting to help.
Food and drinks were a 10/10 All of the staff were so so kind from entertainment, kitchen, restaurant servers, room service, cleaners, reception, bar staff and even security made me feel welcome and safe in Jamaica. Best holiday of my life. Rooms could do with a decorate a lil shabby for 5 stars but staff and hotel shared spaces made up for this. ❤️🌍✨
