    It was the best!

    The on con was there us not enough entertainment at the property. Although you can go to RIU Cairbe for the RIU Parties I prefer the entertainment to be on the property.

    Riu Kukulkan

    Super clean, A-1 customer service. Beautiful views. Food was good but make sure you go outside and try authentic Mexican food. I’ve stayed at many Riu Resorts. It’s more quiet and classy. This one is my favorite so far. Amazing overall. 9/10. Would recommend.

    Awesome Trip to Cancun

    This was our first time staying at any Riu hotel and this hotel was absolutely beautiful. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We always got greeted with a smile no matter what time of the day. The place overall was very clean, and the housekeepers did an awesome job keeping our room clean and stocked. The resort had so many things to do with the daily activities, beautiful pools, night entertainment and the staff who made it so much fun. One person I want to point out is Julio, who was so awesome at the bar pool, he was so friendly and he got to know us and what we liked to drink and would just bring the drinks over every time he saw us. We enjoyed joking and laughing with him on a daily basis. We made sure to tip him often and again just before we left to go home because he surely deserved it. I am so glad we chose to stay at this hotel and cannot wait to go back! I would highly recommend this hotel!
