    Vacatioin

    We had a great time. the facility was top notch. the sand on the beach was the best we have experienced in the last 15 trips we have taken to other locations. We will be back

    The hotel is not set up for relaxation at all

    The bed and room were great. However, the food was awful, and it seemed like the daytime staff was intent on not allowing people that wanted to relax and have some quite a place to do that. They continued to play loud music all over the area by moving a portable speaker from pool to pool all day. Then at night their entertainment was the same. Extremely loud which echoed all over the resort. The food was some of the worst I have ever had. I am not a picky eater and usually just like the basic foods, but I struggled at every meal to find things I liked. The sports bar and lunch bar had the same things everyday that set out in warmers all day. The hamburgers were like rubber and the buns were stale. We traveled with another couple and just wanted to rest and enjoy a little peace. Music is fine, but it doesn’t have to be so loud that you need to yell to be heard.

    Relaxing

    I wish the pool was open past 6pm and there were more night activities past 7pm. Service and staff was wonderful and friendly.

    4th stay at this resort

    We have stayed at this RIU resort 4 times. We love it here. Great rooms, staff, food, and service. We will be back.

    Our fabulous holiday

    We have stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints. The staff are friendly and helpful, and all done with a smile on their face. The entertainment is excellent and the dj and the end of the night good, but a little less Spanish music, and a bit more modern tunes. I noticed a lot more people got up and danced to this cos we ain't all got the Spanish rhythm!
