After 7 years since our last visit to the RPM it was great to be back and reconnect with some familiar faces! We were thrilled to see that Elena, Rigor & Amiel were still there, along with a few others we have gotten to know over the years, as these individuals always make our visits truly memorable. We were also very impressed with the entertainment crew and the job they do. These kids were very funny, engaging and quite talented - we truly enjoyed their stage productions, not to mention their energy & efforts to entertain down at the pools and beach. As always, housekeeping and the wait staff in the restaurants did an excellent job! The only noticeable drop in service was the bartending staff at the pool bar. Where they used to be fun & engaging, a good number of them seem disinterested and unappreciative of tips and would even ignore you at times. There were a couple I recognize that perhaps need a change of scenery. Pastor was a very good hire though - keep him and give him a raise! All in all though, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Riu Palace Mexico. The staff were superb and really friendly, the location was great and the food excellent. Will hope to visit again in the future...

Beautiful views and great food!
Very clean, friendly and good food and drinks! All employees say hi and are welcoming, can walk to beach which was beautiful! The pools clean, a little cold but drinks warm you up!

I’ve been to many RIUs and so far Palace Mexico has been by far the best!! Great performers for both adults and children. Huge shout out to Jessi and Marlén from RIULAND. We spent most of our time with our children at RIULAND and always looked forward to the kids show to see Kalu. All staff have been extremely helpful and polite. Extremely clean and the food options were exceptional!! Will definitely be going back and will highly recommend to friends/family.

Wonderful
Everything was wonderful. We were on a couples trip with our friends for my 30th birthday. They even decorated my room for me without anyone asking which I thought was very sweet! Location was great and walking distance from food and shopping. Also a plus when we found out we could visit the other RIU hotels that were near us.
