    Comfortable and nice

    This is a nice hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, very clean. Food (breakfast and dinner buffet) OK. Very limited parking on hotel grounds, you have to rely on parking outside, can be difficult to find a place during daytime as it is a popular area, very close to the beach.

    Winter break in Gran Canaria

    My wife and I took a short break in the Canaries to break up the winter weather at home. Having stayed in the Rui Palace Oasis before we knew what to expect and we were not disappointed. Accommodation was excellent, food was also of a high standard. We will be back again next year.

    A very nice hotel

    A very clean, comfortable, well-located hotel with lovely helpful hard working staff (with the exception of the omelette chef lady who had a bad attitude all week when asked to make a fresh omelette). The hotel has direct access onto Maspalomas beach and is only 10 minutes walk from Meloneras along an attractive promenade. In the other direction, it’s a 15 minute walk to the Maspalomas Dunes. There are many restaurants close to the hotel. The downside for us was none of the communal areas have a sea view and are mostly in shade due to many palm trees (though these look very nice). They have some sea view rooms but these sea views are mostly obscured with the trees. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you :)

    Great place to stay

    Stayed there in early Jan 25. Weather was lovely during the day. Nicely chilled in the evening. Good evening entertainment, great staff and very cheap drinks. Great staff overall. Very friendly. Good food. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Back door on to the beach. Very exclusive. Next time I would probably pay the extra for a view onto the gardens. There are well kept. Beach is lovely. Enough shopping to keep the boss happy.

    Peaceful Getaway

    We never return to a hotel but this gives us everything we look for in a hotel and resort. The staff are exceptional and deserve a mention from reception to the waiting staff and chefs in the restaurant. The place is immaculate inside and out in the beautifully maintained gardens. The buffet choices are so wide there is something to suit everyone’s taste, There is no loud music around the pool areas so you get to relax completely. The guests are predominantly older which suits us as they seem to like the peace and quiet too! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway.
