    RIU Palace Paradise Island

Excellent value. Plentiful food and drinks. Very friendly staff and superb service. Avoid pool side room if prefer quiet. Water was rough after rain storm, so could not swim for 2 days.

    Very good experience

Loved it. Like two minor mishaps. One at check in (we had to check if our room was ready when we were told we would be notified when it was ready) and another with the tour bus being canceled ( don’t really blame the hotel because they didn’t set the excursion up)

Excellent staff. Need more activities in the evenings.

Staff was excellent. I think there needs to be more activities at night that includes the guests. Since the pool closes at six there is not much else to do. Big shout out to Tweetie, Mitch and Hugo. They were amazing!

    Would stay here again

We spent 5 nights at Riu Palace Paradise Island for our 25th anniversary. I booked everything through Delta Vacations, and did upgrade the room to the ocean view king with balcony. We did have to wait about 30 minutes for our room to be ready, which was no problem. The safe was broken in our room, but they had it fixed within 10 minutes of us calling the front desk. I had no trouble booking dinner reservations through the app. We ate at Kulinarium and Bahamas, both were fantastic. The buffet was really good as well, and I did get a massage on our last day. No issues getting drinks at any of the bars. They only thing I was not aware of was they do sell day passes to cruise ship passengers, but it wasn't crowded at all. No issues getting chairs at the pool or beach. Would stay here again.

    my visit

Our stay was good. The food was better than I expected. (I have stayed at RIU Aruba many times and your food was better) I would have liked some beverage service at the pool, the beach and in the lobby. My room was great. Clean. I wish there were an easier way to get to the beach as those stairs were a little challenging at my age. Your front desk staff was great especially Jay B who was so patient with my demanding friends. Tristan on the beach was so accommodating and hard-working, too.
