Quick getaway
Just right for the couple of days to get warm and disengage on a beautiful beach. We recommend it for those who just want to chill and enjoy service and sun.

Enjoyable But Probably Won't Return
My husband and I recently vacationed here for our 20th anniversary. This was our second time here. We had previously visited in January 2020 for my sister's wedding. We like the location and the ease of traveling to and from the Bahamas. The staff are friendly and the hotel is very clean. We enjoyed the food and the drinks too. The lobby area, restaurants and pool area are all very nice. However I do think that the rooms could use some work. We had to call maintenance twice regarding issues. On the upside they came and fixed the problems quickly. You can tell that the property has been well used and in need of updates. If it wasn't so expensive I might not have an issue with these things however it was approx. $5000 for a 6 night stay with airfare. I feel I could book something at a nicer, newer resort for less $$$. Overall we enjoyed our trip but probably won't go back.

Great Winter Get Away
Hotel was clean; staff courteous; elevators could run a little faster; a few more lounge chairs by the beach would be nice, beach was actually very nice, pools were heated and clean. Decent choices for food options and the food was very good.

Amazing staff and service
It all started with Daphne, the front desk attendant. She was spectacular. Our app wasn't in English. She assisted me in removing and reinstalling English presences. I explained it was a birthday trip for my husband and restaurants we wanted weren't available She helped us get reservations squared away ...BUT WAIT! She also arranged a surprise for him. When we arrived in our room, there was a birthday 🎂 cake too. All around service was fantastic, so accommodating. Everyone went out of their way to ensure all was well.

Great Stay!
Had a great time. Rooms were promptly made up and if needed anything, maids were quick to get what you wanted. Clean and nice atmosphere!
