We had the most amazing time. From check in to check out the service was absolutely superb. All staff were friendly and could not be more helpful. The room was spacious, modern and kept clean every day. The bed was a little hard for our liking but a mattress topper was provided upon asking at reception. The pools and beach location were amazing apart from the swim up bar pool - which was very well used but had too many dead bugs floating for our liking. The food was also amazing- not one bad meals and we ate at all the restaurants apart from the Italian. Highly recommend.

Apr 02, 2025Love the layout, size and cleanliness!
There are so many positives about this resort, the location is a quick 20-25 minute drive from the airport. The resort is small enough that if you sit at the pool you’re still close to the beach, sand volleyball, hammocks which was great for our group of 19 (kids were always in eye sight). Our group of “tweens” loved hanging with the other kids at the volleyball court, always games going on which made it fun for them to make friends. Nothing was ever overcrowded, the staff takes such pride in cleanliness of the entire resort, especially the restrooms. The bar staff was incredible, the chef of the beach grill is such a hard worker! The cons, when by the pool the restrooms aren’t the closest (side of the main building or in the beach bar building). Our ceiling fan made a bad clicking noise, as did the fan in a few of our friend’s rooms so we didn’t complain. The gift store is RIDICULOUSLY expensive, float toys are $35-$50, bag of gummy candy was $12, chips $10. I recommend just going to the nearby shops to get those or be prepared to pay the price for convenience. I didn’t love the food- if you have high expectations for food this may not be the best spot for you- I will always find something for substance but all very average (we ordered Domino’s a few times and also from Surfin Burrito- nearby restaurant that delivers and it does not disappoint!!! Not a complaint, we did make our own fun- but wished the theme shows were every night for the entertainment of the kids, the RIU in Costa Mujeres did this and our kids looked forward to it. Will definitely return to the resort!

Best vacay!
Very pleasant stay. Very good food for all inclusive. Enjoyed the connected rooms. Beaches were very nice as well. Only problem was with check in but they gave us a spa visit for entire family and it was well worth it.

Wonderful Stay
The staff was top notch, constantly cleaning EVERYTHING! From the front desk to bartenders, servers etc, everyone was friendly and helpful. Check in and checkout was easy. We were upgraded to ocean view, which was amazing. The views daily were beautiful. The food from breakfast to dinner was delicious. We ate at the buffet for most meals. Tons of options. Mexican and Italian restaurants were great. There's several pools, that were never too crowded. The swim up bar was the warmest for sure. You will need to Uber if you want to go to any shopping etc off resort, nothing is super close walking distance. We felt very safe at our resort and going on our excursion. Riu parties were so fun at the Caribe next to us. Would definitely return!

Excellent
We were very happy with our stay. We had a sea view. The food was excellent and the staff were lovely. We really enjoyed our time there. We would highly recommend it.
