    Everything was wonderful, but...

    This is a really nice resort. The food was amazing. The pools and beach were beautiful. The rooms were spacious, and the outdoor jacuzzi was amazing. The workers are very nice, and work so hard. The only complaint I have which will probably hold me back from returning is them over booking rooms. The talk at the pool was how people were screwed out of the rooms they paid for with no/little compensation. When we checked in, I was told we booked a garden view villa. I politely pulled up my reservation to confirm I booked a sea view villa. I was told by the desk check in worker "To be honest, we overbooked the sea view villa rooms. I will just push this problem on the next person". I was honestly appalled hearing this. People pay good money and come a long ways to be told they are not getting the rooms they are expecting. We did get the room we booked, but I had to stand firm and not take any other answer. RIU, you can do better.

    The Best in Class !!

    This was our 2nd visit to this hotel this year. The first one being in April. We absolutely love this place. The staff are so caring. JR & Diego at the front desk, Ben in the buffet restaurant, Maria in the steak restaurant, the lady at the omelette station, sorry forgot her name. All are absolutely amazing people. Friendly & welcoming. Thank you RIU for a great experience! We will be back !

    1st time there. Staff was great. Food was ok. Pools were amazing. The beach was beautiful. The activities were fun. The room was pretty.

    Great stay, very friendly staff and entertainment

    Mara, David , Alberto, Joshua, Raul in room service and all of the F&B team were Friendly. The room were nice, spacious , clean and had a great view. Nice entertainment the nights we were there.
