We got there they said we are upgrading you. Went to the room and wasn’t what i liked. They don’t have ocean view rooms. The hotel is only 3 Floors. Stay in the rooms by the beach 7000,8000 or 9000. The beach is eroded. Not sure what happened but it’s hard to get sun so many palm trees. The beach isn’t like the picture on the website. The staff at the restaurants are great. Food is ok. Italian was my favorite place. Entertainment is good. We went to Tulum and swam with the turtles. The guy tried to over charge me. but i told him it’s cheaper online and he gave me a better price. I won’t go back cause i like a big beach and this one isn’t big enough. Very nice people working there. Rooms are tight the bathroom needs to be separated cause it’s open no privacy.

Our family of 4 (4yr & 6yr old children) had an amazing stay at this property, perfect combination of fun and relaxation thanks to the entertainment team. A special shoutout to Axcel at Riuland for ensuring our kids had the most amazing time. Great location, walking distance to town!

This is by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! Upon checking in we were greeted by friendly reception staff and a waitress promptly came over with a welcome drink. Despite seeing wonderful pictures beforehand, nothing prepared us for the beauty of this hotel. During our two week stay, we became part of the family here and I just can't put into words how amazing the staff are here! Right from the cleaning staff, who were working hard all day to keep everything clean for the guests. The waiting staff - well they were just fantastic. A special shout out to Claudia making great drinks for everyone in the evening, Lorenzo and the rest of the breakfast team, Frank at lunch time and our special friend Enedino (I hope I spelt that correctly) for our evening dinner. We miss them very much. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and sing-song from the staff without any prompt from me my husband. How nice is that! 5 stars and more. Thank you for making our holiday so special.

Stayed over Christmas and New Year, great hotel, excellent staff, decent entertainment, food and drink very good, plenty for everyone and no complaints at all !

I would suggest this all inclusive resort as well as I would return. I was impressed with how clean they kept the resort (including hallways, restaurants, rooms, etc...). Also, one of the fitness instructors that we had named Joe was fantastic! He made the exercise classes fun and got the group energized!
