    Amazing vacation

    It was amazing! Everyone was very friendly. A big shoutout to Rose who gave me the best massage ever at the gazebo! Also the fitness instructors Jo and Alberto! I loved their energy and enthusiasm.

    Excellent

    The resort delivers quality at every level. There's an abundance of Christmas decorations, wonderful piano in lobby. The beach is superb, the gym is well equipped. At the restaurants there's a continous array of wide selection of fruits and vegetables.

    Palace Riviera Maya

    Trip was amazing. Staff was great, from the entertainment, cleaning and food staff. Place was so clean. Didn’t have the greatest weather, but that was mother natures fault. Would definitely return to this resort.

    2nd time guest! Best trip!

    This was our 2nd time at the RIU Palace Riviera Maya. Everything was amazing. The entire staff was so friendly and kind! The entertainment staff was so much fun. Joe, Alberto, Rafael, Humberto are just a few to name but this is a great resort! The food was great, the views are out of this world. 10/10, we’ll be back more times!
