    Perfect hotel in perfect location

    Beautiful hotel in a perfect location the staff are all so hardworking and attentive in every way the food was amazing and delicious and with a variety of choices every single day the nightly entertainment was very good the bar staff were superb and very quick with the service the cleanliness of the hotel is amazing and something Riu should be very proud of the only two sight negatives are firstly the prices of some of the drinks in the bar eg 16 euros for a Hendricks gin and tonic and secondly the tv channels in the room with an English content are extremely limited I honestly think the tv technology should be in the 21st century for a superb 5star hotel not the 19th century

    Fantastic Hotel with friendly staff

    We had a fantastic week at the Hotel Rui Palace . Everything was perfect location , room, food, transport links. We will definitely return .

    Poor……

    Norovirus bug caught by both of us……. Still unwell after managing to get home. Not a pleasant experience. Shame because the hotel and staff are nice. Didn’t have a good meal all week, breakfast, lunch or evenings….. Food in all restaurants was poor…. Definitely not 4 star……. Good luck of you are going…..!
