Our 4th time here and it doesn’t disappoint. We return to this hotel because the staff are amazing and so welcoming. Too many to mention, but this time Laura from the Sunshine Bar stood out for us. The hotel itself is kept very clean. Food wise, the buffet for breakfast and dinner is so good with so much to choose from. There are 2 other restaurants on site, which are worth trying, but we tend to stay with the buffet. Well done to all the staff that work so hard to make our stay here a relaxing one. We will be back next year.

Lovely Hotel and Great Location
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. Its location alongside the beach and promenade is perfect. It’s in a quieter area but close enough that you can walk along the promenade to Playa de las Americas if you want a lively resort with bars, restaurants and shops. The food in the buffet restaurant was very good with a good choice every night. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and attentive. There was evening entertainment every night which was a mix of singers and live groups but all very good. This was our second stay at a RIU Hotel and we have not been disappointed.

Fantastic stay with our 5 month baby, we will definitely be returning
We had our first holiday with our five month baby at the Rio Palace Tenerife and cannot recommend this hotel enough. I had emailed the hotel beforehand to explain that we had a five month baby with us and asked a few additional questions as I was nervous to take him away. The hotel were fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible with the baby. They provided us a brand-new kettle for the room to ensure it was clean for sterilising, a baby bath was provided in the bathroom as all the normal rooms have showers and they gave us a room on the ground floor which made life much easier to pop back to the room when needed. The staff are fantastic. They were so kind and friendly to our baby and we felt welcome the minute we arrived. All the restaurants staff, reception and the cleaners are so helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are light, clean and a nice size. For anyone with food allergies I highly recommend this hotel. My baby has a cows milk allergy and I am breastfeeding so I was very worried about accidentally eating food that may have contained milk. However all of the buffet food is very clearly labelled with allergy contents and there are options for everyone. We were half board and ended up eating lunch at the pool restaurant every day as there were plenty of options of good food at a reasonable price and it was much easier with a young baby rather than walking out to restaurants not knowing how long service would be, it was quick and easy to eat in the hotel. Thank you so much to this all the staff at Rio Palace Tenerife we had a fantastic stay and will be returning.

Holiday
This is the fourth time we have stayed at the Riu Palace Tenerife and as per our previous visits the hotel was up to its previous high standards. The hotel is for us in the perfect location and taking all things into consideration we would not hesitate to stay here again.
