Mar 02, 2025Lovely complex & beach front location
Complex is really well maintained. Food is fabulous with lots of choice for everyone. We actually preferred the buffet to the speciality restaurants & we tried 3 of those! Lots of sun loungers around so you won’t be struggling for the best spot. Gym was well equipped too. Staff are lovely & friendly - nothing is too much trouble. My only negative comment is that I contacted the hotel beforehand to tell them it was my son’s birthday on the day we arrived so could they do something to the room. They advised that they would place a banner on the door but when we checked in not only was there no banner there was no bed for him either! A bed did arrive after we requested it but no pillows! They eventually arrived too so not a major disaster - just a little disappointing when I’d made the effort to contact them in advance

We spent almost all our time at the beautiful beach instead of the pools. Sandy, clear, calm and absolutely beautiful. Chairs were plentiful and if you needed one staff would find some for you. Drink service on the beach was also amazing. We absolutely loved the buffet and the two ala carte restaurants we tried. This is the first resort I wanted to immediately return to. We will be back!

Vacation, family and friends
We had a wonderful time and I would definitely return to the same resort in the future. The food was good. The drinks were good. The rooms were very nice. It is a Very Beautiful Pl.,. Jamaica is a lot of fun. I highly recommend it to other friends and family. Thank you so much for the good times and memories.

Great Getaway!
First time at this location and loved it. Great service, especially Julian at the dive shop who was extremely helpful scheduling dives and snorkel adventures. Food is great and the evening entertainment was enjoyable. Would definitely come back in the future!!

Amazing as always!
This was our second time at RPTB and it was great again! The staff make this resort! Mike, Andrew, Andre just to name a few. The entertainment crew does a great job! The white party was fun to go to as well! Will be back again!
