    Second visit

    Second visit to this hotel, and was just as good as the first!! This time we travelled with friends, and before leaving the UK I messaged the hotel via the app on the off chance that we could have rooms at the same end on the hotel, when we arrived we were given rooms 5205 and 5206, thank you RIU wasn't expecting that! That set the tone for the rest of the holiday, nothing too much trouble, everything top notch. I booked three restaurants, Japanese, Steakhouse and Krystal, all three were via the app and I found 0800ish worked and there seemed to be availability whenever I went on, hopefully will work for you. Overall had a superb holiday, thanks to all the staff who work so hard the make our holidays feel special. A special thank you to Krystal, Bianca and Lisa from the Daiquiri bar, for looking after us so well.

    Love this place!

    The service was amazing & the food was top notch. The beach was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again, however I would upgrade to a better room. Our room was awesome, but in the back, next to the road which was a little noisy. Also when it rains in Jamaica, there's not much to do so having a room on with an ocean view would be lovely. Sitting out on the patio under cover would've been wonderful. It was a little difficult to get into the ala carte restaurants but with help from the front desk, we were able to eat there 2 nights. The buffet was just as good.

    Another Great Stay at RIU Tropical Bay

    My wife and I stay at RIU Tropical Bay in March and had a fantastic stay. The staff are great and friendly. The accommodations are great, clean and well maintained grounds. The food is great and plentiful; we loved the BBQ jerk chicken and sausage at lunch. We preferred the buffet for dinner as it had many items to choose from. The Entertainment staff are fantastic and work very hard to get everyone involved and ensure they are having a great time. The RIU parties are wonderful and lots of fun. The beach is the best, clean, water was warm and no seaweed. Overall, highly recommend the RIU Tropical Bay. Tip: The trip from the airport to the hotel is quite long and bumpy. A private transfer would make the trip more comfortable.

    Excellent

    One of my best experiences on an all-inclusive resort food was great. Service was friendly. Property was very clean. Great relaxing vacation. The ocean was very beautiful. Definitely going back soon

    Amazing experience

    The people, service, food, drinks and beach was fabulous. The reception , Isabel and Julian were not helpful
