    Poor drinks

    Pina colada Having a lovely time at the parrisso but they have just switched making the cocktails by hand to using a machine and they just taste like water!! No where near as nice.do hope they switch back to freshly made or we will not be returning

    Brilliant stay at this lovely seafront hotel

    Just returned from 10 great night's at the RIU Paraiso Lanzarote. When we 1st arrived I wasn't too pleased with the room we'd been allocated but this was dealt with quickly and professionally with the Reception Team. The rooms are absolutely immaculate and are cleaned every day. The bedding and towels are changed upon request. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are a nice size and well appointed. Although the restaurant could be very busy at times, the food was constantly replenished and always piping hot. Again the bars could be very busy but the queue was usually only 4 or 5 long and went down very quickly. The pool area was very clean and there was never a problem getting a sunlounger no matter what time of day it was. But the definite highlight of the holiday was the Animation Team, they are outstanding. They work tirelessly to keep everyone entertained and make sure they are having fun. But they aren't pushy with anyone who doesn't want to join in. This was our 1st visit to this hotel but it definitely won't be our last.

    A lovely hotel

    This was our third visit to this hotel since last August and it doesn’t disappoint the staff are great so warm and friendly and the food is delicious but a couple of times the meat dishes could of been better but there is always something nice to eat. Our room was lovely on the ground floor near the gym on a corner so the balcony was a good size with views of the pool I would love to stay in that room again in our next visit. The only down side I have is the wine it’s not very nice except for Cava. The hotel suits all ages from children to older adults plenty of entertainment if that’s your thing the evening entertainment is very good a nice range of singers.

    We travelled to this hotel in the last week of March 2025.15 minutes from the airport, checking in very good baggage taken to our room while we had lunch, our room had been refurbished very well apart from the lack of plug sockets (2) only! We had a lovely walk in shower as requested in a ground floor room for accessibility needs ,the pool area was very clean and well kept apart from the sunbeds were too close together! A good location to the main centre of Puerto del Carmen about 20 minutes walk. Food and drink was good plenty of choice,Amstel beer and Coca-Cola also available the spirits were local so not the best but acceptable, a very good holiday and hotel and definitely go back.

    Very satisfied

    Good service, good food with many vairities. We had to change room (damp) but got excellent help in no time.
