Overall the resort is excellent. The resort, including lobby, public areas, rooms were extremely clean. The food was excellent. I have a few concerns, one the quite pool was not quiet, you had kids coming to it splashing etc. I think the Riu should make it an adults only quiet pool. One night there was a special drink being made in the lobby with Malibu and then the bars said "we do not carry that here at the resort" I had sent a request a month prior to arrival for 25th anniversary for our friends we were travelling with and nothing was done. I asked at the lobby and they said they would send a bottle to them - nothing. These minor things will not stop me from returning in the future, as mentioned it was a wonderful resort Location - Airport was only a 7minute ride which is fantastic. There is really nothing too close, It will take 2.5-3 hours to travel to Panama City or Canal each way.

Although the trip was for group of Business friends, I and the rest of my family was at your property. It was a family of Six (6), and I can tell you every member of the family had fun. We all (especially my family) enjoyed the special tasty delicacies you provided. The entertainment was just superb and appropriately timed. Your tour guards were nice, giving all the opportunity to get out of the property for the view of the City and her landmarks. Your standard pools, the beach, the Almond fruits, the neat environment and above all the drinks were excellent and enough to make anyone consider you for a come back. And I and my family will definitely consider that and also refer others to your property. Leaving USA to Panama isn’t much of a distance afterall 😍

First time in Panama
Check in was smooth. I have to agree with the last review - can definitely use a bar at the beach or another one closer to kids pool! One bar.. gets busy.. the food was good but the same all week.. entertainment was good each night - Certain things throughout the resort could use an update, the gardens and ground kept nice - beautiful lights at night and decorations throughout the resort. Beach is beautiful and can walk a long way on the beach! Nothing bad to say about the resort The weather was good! Not toooo hot but hot enough!

Good spot
We enjoyed our stay - over all great resort. Only one bar for the pools/beach - could def use one on the beach or near the water Park for the parents. Our room was perfect for the kids they had their own bed close to the ground surrounded with foam blocks so they dont roll off. One staff made our stay extra special - her name is Maricruz from the breakfast and lunch buffet - she made our table special and reserved it with cookies bags for the kids! The steak house is a must. The beach is very wide with Palm trees. No problem finding shade - always found a spot to sit. The entertainment was good each night!

Good stay
The place was good, me and My family enjoyed a Lot, we loved food and drinks, it was amazing, i liked the rooms and in general it was a very good hotel.
