Enjoyable Stay near Fishman's Wharf
My husband and I stayed 6 nights at the Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf, during our trip across the U.S. The hotel is clean and very inviting. Location is close to Fisherman's Wharf. There are Tram's nearby to access other parts of San Francisco. From the minute we stepped foot into the Hotel. we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. One staff member, a lady who ran the bar area was an exception to this. Her attitude wasn't overly friendly and came across a little rude at times, but apart from that all other staff we encountered from the Door staff, to the breakfast staff, reception staff were all very nice and professional. On our stay I had work commitments that required access to printing facilities. This was accommodated in the reception area with the use of a computer and printer, which was fantastic. There is a shop onsite too, great for picking up a light bite to eat or some snacks. Very enjoyable stay at this hotel and would recommend to colleagues, family and friends.

The soundproofing of the room is not good, you can hear it when walking upstairs. The location is very good, you can walk to many attractions

Resort feel at an affordable rate
What an amazing stay! Immaculate, feature-full, and top-notch service. We were amazed by the fantastic breakfast and excellent service there as well. Will 100% stay at an RIU hotel again anywhere it's an option.

Very comfortable
Well situated hotel and very comfortable to stay in. Food was excellent and although hotel was exceptionally busy, there were no problems in getting seated and navigating the dining room buffet. Staff were also very good.
