    Great family stay

    Large family room was clean with comfy beds and good bathroom. Kids loved the (heated) outdoor pool. Breakfast buffet is amazing and staff are lovely. Bar does good cocktails! The location is great for Fisherman’s wharf and near good public transport connections to Golden Gate Bridge and into the city

    Holiday of a lifetime.

    Hotel is in an excellent location for visiting the attractions around San Francisco and especially close to the cruise terminal which was our reason for being there to board our cruise to Hawaii.

    Hotel was in good location but staff didn’t care.

    When got to the room we noticed bloody feminine products in the trash can. When we pulled the sheets back on the bed they were blood stained. We called the front desk they did send up new sheets and didn’t bother to even offer to change them. They didn’t apologize or say anything. When we checked out I mentioned what had happened and they didn’t seem to care or apologize. The location was nice but the staff couldn’t care less.

    Great stay

    The staff was very friendly and informative! The room was very clean. The location was excellent. We felt safe in this area. There were plenty of places nearby the hotel to eat. We had a very good stay at this hotel two days before we went on our cruise.

    Great hotel near Fisherman’s Wharf

    We stayed here in late February. The hotel staff were friendly, room was pretty clean when we checked in (minor hair in the shower) and the bed and pillows were so comfortable - even my partner complimented the bed and that is a rare occurrence! The staff was extremely friendly, and we got a free upgrade during check in. They offer a breakfast buffet with options for everyone. Location is within walking distance of some of the big touristy areas in downtown, including fisherman’s wharf and Pier 33 (Alcatraz landing location). Lots of restaurants nearby, walking distance to Ghiradelli square, cable cars etc. They have nice fire pits out front where you can sit on cooler evenings as well. The bathrooms are a little small (toilet and shower in a room with a door, sink on the outside), but pretty minor overall. There are daily resort fees, and parking is a bit steep ($60 USD which is almost what we paid for the car in CDN!) but it is underground and a relatively safe option. We were informed of the fees prior to check in which was great. All in all a great hotel and we would definitely stay again!
