had an amazing stay at this hotel! The entire staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile on their face. Their hospitality truly stood out. I’ve traveled all over the world, and this was one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Highly recommended!

International & Caring Staff
Beautiful hotel, excellent location, but more importantly, a very caring and professional staff. Our lovely trip was overcome by my 94-year-old mother getting quite ill. The staff at the hotel was incredibly attentive, supportive, and caring to people they didn't know and whom didn't know the area. I espeically appreciated their humanity and kindness.

Paradise
My family and I stayed at the Riu Plaza Miami Beach over school vacation. It was absolutely stunning. The staff was beyond polite and professional. The food was good, the rooms were clean and designed well. The outdoor pool was stunning and we loved that we could access the beach directly from the pool area.

Great service. Great location along Miami Beach walk way. The pool bar and buffet breakfast/dinner was good. The night time entertainment was a nice addition we did not expect.
