    Great hotel

    The hotel was very nice with great views and great service. The breakfast buffet was the best one I’ve ever had from a hotel!

    A Wonderful Stay

    We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights on a surprise birthday trip for my mother. We were early to check-in but they still checked us into the rooms which made a lot of difference after a long trip. We had two separate bookings but they still kindly placed our rooms on the same floor which was a lovely touch. We were on the 25th floor and had lovely views over Times Square area. We went to the main restaurant for breakfast the first night but we were told about the small one in the bar so chose there for the following days which was a lot quieter, but the queues for both moved very quickly. All the food was very fresh and there was a mix of both cooked and continental options available to suit all tastes. In the room, you have 3 layered curtains to make the light suit your needs, plenty of plug and USB space around the room, a fridge, hair dryer in bathroom and lovely toiletries available for free. The rooms were made up daily to a fantastic standard and were always cleaned very early in the morning. We stored our bags at the end of our trip due to an evening flight - all of which was free of charge which was a lovely service to have. Overall, the location is fantastic but the hotel really lives up to the Riu name with the quality. We’d definitely choose this hotel again in future visits to New York!

    Great stay, friendly staff and good location

    We had a fantastic stay at the end of February. The staff were very helpful, we only had one issue with the people in the room next door have some type of party at 1:30am however staff shut this down (took a ridiculous amount of verbal abuse from the occupant) so thanks to them for helping.

    Wonderful Holiday

    Lovely Hotel. Rooms was very clean and did not look dated at all. Well kept. The staff were friendly. The food at breakfast was excellent. Above all the location could not have been better for all the sights. Would definitely stay again.

    Fantastic location & base to explore NYC

    Amazing location, just one block from Times Square. Lovely comfortable rooms, fantastic selection of breakfast buffer, very busy at times but still well organised. Very helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone as a base to explore NYC.
