Grandma/Grandson Trip

Once we figured out how to turn the electricity on in our room, we had an absolutely perfect stay! The staff are all so helpful and a pleasure to deal with!

The location is perfect for tourist. I was a little disappointment in the room size. Very small room but the overall hotel was nice.

Our New York Riu Plaza stay

Lovely time spent at this hotel. Perfect position for seeing the sights in New York. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Would go again.

This was our 2nd time staying here, and I don't have one single negative thing to say. Everything about this hotel, the service, amenities and location are perfect. Love the breakfast, love the gym....any request we had was met quickly and with kind service. Will stay again!
