    Staff were excellent! From the front desk to the entertainment staff, EVERYONE works hard and really made our trip enjoyable.

    Came here for my birthday with friends, they were nice and professional and made sure I was well takes care of, I request our rooms to be next to each other they made that happen!

    Our check-out experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, including roles as a Front Office Supervisor and Manager, I was truly disheartened by the inefficiency and lack of communication from the staff. To start, our entire group was delayed at check-out, requiring us to return to our room just to fetch the room keys. This unnecessary setback was not only inconvenient but also poorly managed. When I tried to discuss the issue with the Supervisor on Duty, Sulynn, I felt completely dismissed and ignored. Such a lack of attention to guest concerns is unacceptable and highlights a significant deficiency in customer service training. Moreover, I was caught off guard by a $25 charge for a missing key, which I was never informed about. Clear communication regarding charges is a basic expectation, and the failure to disclose this fee only added to my overall disappointment. The front desk of a hotel sets the tone for the guest experience, and regrettably, the service at check-out left a negative impression that lingers. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback to heart and works on enhancing communication, professionalism, and overall service efficiency.

    Beautiful place pools were clean. Food was good entertainment not so good but I would recommend going to this resort

    Friends-cation success!

    We joined friends for a birthday vacation. This was their 3rd time staying at this property, and our 3rd time staying a Riu property. I love Rius and this one did not disappoint. Great party vibe, food and staff were excellent, resort was small but big enough. Loved that you could go over to the sister property for additional fun (night club, water park, parties). Would definitely stay here again. Only things that I would say were an issue were reservations for dinner were hard to come by, but we made it work. And our room wasn’t always restocked with water and soap refills. But when we asked, we had it resolved in short order.
