Spring Break Policies - 

1. Student / Spring Breaker Groups (21 years of age or older) will be accepted ONLY at Riu Santa Fé hotel.  

2. All Student / Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the corresponding Destination Sales Department. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion.   

3. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted: 

a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments 

b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older. 

c. The Hotel may request proof of age in the form of passport or official ID 

d. Each room must submit a signed liability agreement upon check-in.  

4. At all other RIU properties Student Groups / Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year.

    Great stay

    Room nice and clean, resort clean, staff friendly. food - could be better, but overall not bad. could be more variety of fruit choice Also, fresh orange juice availabity would be nice, but we understand if that's not possible in that part of Mexico. Overall great stay - staff super friendly and attentive.

    Great Party Hotel

    If you are booking this property make sure to check out the RIU Party themes ahead of time, we were grossly underprepared! Love the idea of parties in the afternoon so we can still get to bed a decent hour. The beds weren’t great, make sure to clarify if you are getting a true King or two Doubles pushed together. Loved the location of our room. Checkin was a beeeze! Food was average. Taco bar was great! The property is so large that we found the waterslides on the last day. Will definitely return.

    I definitely enjoyed my stay at the riu santa fe. The riu parties were as advertised, lit and full of fun. Shoutout to PePe at the shot station!

    Great Family Vacation

    Perfect hotel within close proximity to town. The AL a cartes served delicious options and were fairly easy to book. Rooms are good size and the stocked bar fridge and liquor dispenser were added bonus. There could be more washrooms and although the nightly entertainment was ok, it would be nicer to last later than 10pm.
