Just got back from Riu Yucatan I have got to say "What an amazing place" don't listen to the moaning idiots this place is great. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were amazing. They work so so hard and always have a smile on there face. The rooms are spotless and the cleaners are in every day without fail. The bar staff and the entertainment staff work so hard making sure your every need is taken care of. The food is great and lots of choice. The beach is the best of all for me, I was sat there most mornings watching the sun rise "which is a must" I just want to say thankyou to each and every single staff member for making our holiday so special. We are definitely returning next year. Just book this hotel you won't be disappointed...

Beautiful, well kept resort. Pools were superb, beach was amazing. Everyone was so wonderful & helpful. Plenty of activities throughout the day & the entertainment was great! Food & drinks were great! Had issues with the next door neighbors one night & that was taken care of very quickly when the front desk was called. Would stay again!

Great stay at our first all-inclusive!
We had a great stay at the Riu Yucatan. The staff was incredible...very kind and helpful. We enjoyed Roger at the pool bar and Angela in food service as they went out of their way to make our stay amazing. This property is exceptionally clean and well cared for. A+++

Apr 02, 2025maye a 3 Star Resort that is mediocre at best.
If you dont want rest and dont care about the food but want unlimited drinks... thios is the place for you. Lots of mediocre food... all taste the same even in the "specialty " restaurants. Musty and mouldy rooms, along with mediiocre service. It's like going to Myrtyle Beach on spring break. Big resort... be prepared to do lots of walking. The shows are OK but mostly good dancers but poor singers.

Incredible Getaway Week!
Staff is so nice and fun! Pool activities are a blast! Loved the theme days, foam party, aqua classes with Gustavo are a hoot! Food was really good - loved the variety. Location was great. Walked to Riu Tequilla for the white party, the other Riu for lunch, down the street for margaritas, short taxi to explore town. Only semi-downside is you can hear everything outside your room. As a light sleeper that wasn’t fun with the early morning cleaning. But would absolutely stay here again and recommend to all!!
