    Great stay at our first all-inclusive!

    We had a great stay at the Riu Yucatan. The staff was incredible...very kind and helpful. We enjoyed Roger at the pool bar and Angela in food service as they went out of their way to make our stay amazing. This property is exceptionally clean and well cared for. A+++

    maye a 3 Star Resort that is mediocre at best.

    If you dont want rest and dont care about the food but want unlimited drinks... thios is the place for you. Lots of mediocre food... all taste the same even in the "specialty " restaurants. Musty and mouldy rooms, along with mediiocre service. It's like going to Myrtyle Beach on spring break. Big resort... be prepared to do lots of walking. The shows are OK but mostly good dancers but poor singers.

    Incredible Getaway Week!

    Staff is so nice and fun! Pool activities are a blast! Loved the theme days, foam party, aqua classes with Gustavo are a hoot! Food was really good - loved the variety. Location was great. Walked to Riu Tequilla for the white party, the other Riu for lunch, down the street for margaritas, short taxi to explore town. Only semi-downside is you can hear everything outside your room. As a light sleeper that wasn’t fun with the early morning cleaning. But would absolutely stay here again and recommend to all!!

    Beautiful Resort

    Riu Yucatán is a beautiful Resort and we had a good time! Unfortunately all the bars ran out of coconut rum on day 4 of our 7 day trip. Our only other complaint is that our Air Conditioner in our room could not keep up with the heat. Very hot with high humidity! All the staff were so friendly, kind and very accommodating!

    The perfect place for a great resting vacation

    The service was very friendly and officient. The food was very good, I loved the fact that we didn’t have to do any reservations for the restaurants. The entertainment was very nice, it was great to have access to the tow other RIU it feels different. The kids club was really fun, they had great activities for the children’s. Overall this was a perfect vacation.
