Overall I'd say the only complaint was the bed. I thought it was cheap feel like a cot mattress and it had no comforter, just a sheet and throw blanket at end. But since your mainly there to consume adult beverages it's doable. The staff and bartenders were very friendly and quick to accommodate. Rooms always fully stocked and clean. Never had a bad meal either, food was good. It was definitely a party so if your looking for chill by the pool, it's not the place. We stayed on the adult only side but the family side was just the same. It's an all exclusive for a reason

Great Stay!
Even though there was a lot of people checking in the customer service from the staff was great. I especially loved the staff that worked at Don Nikolas restaurant (hope I spelled it right). The were incredibly wonderful and accommodating. I was not too happy with my room. The view was facing a construction building and I did not feel comfortable opening my curtains. Also, I asked for double beds and got a king size bed.

First and not the last time
First time in Aruba. This hotel was FABULOUS. The food the service the beach the pools. Everything was incredible. The vacation went by much too quickly. The food was incredible. This was the first time we actually enjoyed the buffets, to the point one night my husband said the buffet is just too good, let’s eat there instead of the restaurant. The variety of foods was the best part. There was something for everyone. The quality of the food was outstanding. Expensive good quality food and drinks, and the desserts were delectable. The ocean was warm with light waves. The beach was clean with soft sand. We were celebrating my husband’s 40th and are making plans to return here next year. We walked up and down palm beach many times and believe we made the right choice with this resort. Could not believe everything that was offered and available here!!! Nightly entertainment, casino all and all one of the best vacations yet. We highly recommend

Great hotel - Great Vacation - I would book anybody with no esitation - Great food and Pastry - Great Room Location - The Hote should change the Lobby Furniture - They look like they are from a hounted house but I still loved everthing
