Great Stay for a Great Price Point! The Elite Club service was outstanding and friends enjoyed it. The staff was the most processional that I’ve experienced at any RIU resort.

Very nice resort.
Property was all walking distance and clean. Entertainment crew was amazing with games and music everyday. Each one has their own special talent and Scion and Dinero are 2 guys we will never forget, but they were all one fantastic crew! They truly get to know everyone they can. Restaurant staff was all great especially Caustant( could be misspelled) the waiter in the Italian restaurant. Wow can he sing! And, they all remember you! Shantel and Kimmarie are amazing bartenders and very accommodating. Housekeeping was great and also checked daily to see if you needed anything. The down fall was on our second night the people above us apparently left their shower or bath tub water running and it started to flood our room coming through the ceiling. We had to pack all our stuff and got moved to another room with split beds. “O” the maintenance guy was very nice and explained we could stay in that room, not that we were even considering it. Never once heard from management about an apology or offering anything for our inconvenience. Poor management is all I can say.

A wonderful stay!
We had a fantastic vacation, celebrating our 25th anniversary. The staff went out of their way to acknowledge our special occasion, including a room upgrade and some special gifts as a surprise delivered to our room. The resort, while small, was perfect and had everything we needed. We were able to get reservations at all of the restaurants without any issue on the app, and the food was wonderful at every one. We booked the special romantic dinner on the beach and it couldn’t have been better - the meal was comparable to dining at a fine dining restaurant and the service and ambience was impeccable. Well worth the very reasonable cost! Most of our days were spent by the pool and there was never an issue getting a chair or a drink. And the entertainment crew - my goodness, were they ever fun and full of energy! The evening entertainment was fantastic - I saw other reviews noting the lack of entertainment, but almost every night there was something. From the aqua ballet, to the circus show to the steel band, there were always something to see or do in the evenings. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip!

A little paradise
Thank you for the wonderful times and memories. The people the staff the views everything about the Riu Palace was awesome. The fact that we were able to go to the other two Resorts also to break things up and party made things even better. Awesome experience and will definitely be going back. Thank you to everyone you have a wonderful group of people working there.

Best time Ever!
This was my second trip in less than a year and I had an incredible experience. Resort is beautiful! Food was delicious and stafff was kind and accommodating.
