    We were so impressed from the food to the room to the staff and everything else. The entertainment crew was over the top awesome. They made our stay so enjoyable.

    Beautiful and relaxing time!

    I had an amazing time with my family and was able to relax and just enjoy the vibes. All of the staff members went above and beyond to make sure we always had what we needed. We will surely be back to this location.

    GREAT TIME

    Very much enjoyed my stay at the Riu Palace Montego Bay. They went above and beyond to provide entertainment for guests. Drinks and service were excellent. The only negatives i had was rooms were kind of dated and tired, and the food was mediocre at best. The buffet was just ok. I literally heard numerous people indicate the steak they received at the steakhouse was one of the worst steaks they ever had. But even with those minor complaints, I still feel as if I got a lot for my money and would absolutely go back!

    Yes!

    Great room, lovely balcony, excellent food and drinks. Outstanding staff too! I am ready to go back. Pool and beach - same area - great entertainment and fun parties at night. I would recommend stayi8ng as the Palace - smaller and get to know people better.

    Another Nice RIU Hotel

    Hotel was sat between two other RIU hotels on a private beach and we had the luxury of wandering around all three hotels along the beach where we could enjoy facilities, food and drink. Food was excellent and bookings to the a la carte restaurants is highly recommended. The staff were very friendly and I would rate the service as good, however the majority of the guests during our stay were American and as such a tipping culture has developed and I suspect the staff have become accustomed to it. This was a special holiday for us, it was my wife’s 60th birthday while we were there and somehow we were tracked down and the restaurant staff sang here happy birthday and presented her with a birthday cake - what a lovely gesture. Overall our stay at the RIU Palace Jamaica was very enjoyable.
