Great location for fun and relaxation for kids and adults alike.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is enormous, with endless nooks and crannies to explore. The pools and waterpark provided endless options to enjoy our day, and the cabanas were great for our party of 6 to have a "home base", with very attentive staff for food and drink service. We would happily go back, and you're sure to enjoy your stay. The couples massage was the icing on the cake.

Staff is the Worst. Everything else is great.

No one seemed to care. At the front desk, at every bar, casino, store. Employees acted annoyed we were there. Everyone in our party noticed the same thing. The staff that mandated room key checks at all perimeter locations were the worst. The meals and drinks were about three times the cost of everywhere else and, be warned, every check has 15% gratuity already included. The staff at almost every bar and restaurant just showed the final bill with no details, purposely to hide that fact and offer the chance for additional gratuity.

    Beautiful property lots of walking

Average in terms of room, mattress was lumpy, we found dining was very expensive and 15% gratuity was added to your bill everywhere you went even if you bought a can of pop at the store. excursions were also extremely expensive to enter dolphin cay it was $225.00 a person U.S. funds for the day, property is beautiful lots to see, staff are nice, casino slots doesn’t pay well and hard to find service when needed All in all it’s it is beautiful to visit just be prepared to overspend in every aspect

    Perfect getaway

My husband and I spent 10 days here to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. Excellent resort for both couples and families. There's something to do for all ages. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Views are breathtaking. Food was delicious, Fish by José Andrés is our favorite. January is a great time to go as the weather is mild (70s-80s) and not too crowded.

    Atlantis is an unethical ripoff!

Save your money…Baha Mar is much better! Atlantis has lost 20-30% of their business already to the newer and better property of Baha Mar. Atlantis has extremely poor customer service, is outrageously expensive and in my opinion, is a three star resort at best. They will try and nickel and dime you to death, in every capacity possible. Example: Two bowls of soup, side salad, club sandwich and grilled cheese - $109 dollars. Fact. All restaurants on property are ridiculously priced. They keep hitting your credit card all week long, as you cannot pay cash and many places won’t even take a credit card. Management hounded us over and over because our bank put a fraud alert on our card. When I called the bank and rectified the problem, they demanded I come down with the card immediately. We had a sick member of the family who could not fly and I was told there would be no refund for anything. Atlantis is truly unethical, outrageously priced and all they care about is getting absolutely every dime they can from you. Awful place that should be avoided at all costs!
