With the opening of Chef Michael White’s coastal Italian restaurant Paranza at The Cove, Atlantis has become the only resort in the region with three Michelin star-rated chefs: Michael White (Paranza), Nobu Matsuhisa (Nobu) and José Andrés (FISH by José Andrés).

    Dining options located at The Royal include Poseidon's Table, Plato's, Nobu, Silan by Alon Shaya, and Shake Shack.

    Great return experience

    This resort always delivers on cleanliness, friendliness and available activities. Newly refurbished room in the East Royal Tower was very nice. Casino has been updated since our last visit and it did not disappoint. Dining options were varied and easily accessed. Will definitely be back!

    Not a big fan… Would only come back if traveling with kids

    this experience was the complete opposite end of the spectrum from the first part of our travels, which had us at the tranquil boutique Hotel, the island house on the other end of the island. Additionally, on the other side of the island, the staff and Service was so friendly and attentive. Here at the Atlantis service was rude rushed… But that is probably due to the overwhelming number of guests that they have to deal with on a daily basis.

    Atlantis is Tired and in Need of Maintenance

    Atlantis needs a major renovation. Our room was not clean. A receptacle was hanging out of the wall and the strike plate on the door was falling off. A screw kept the door from closing. I normally do not complain but after I walked across the floor a few times in white socks....then my wife screamed there was a roach in the bathroom. I asked 3 days for something to be done. It is apparent the owners are milking as much as they can without spending money on maintenance and capital improvements.

    Exceptional Customer Service

    We had a wonderful time at Atlantis once again. The one thing that stood out most this time was the incredible customer service. Especially Deanza, who made my wife's birthday that much more special. It was nothing that was expected, and he went above and beyond to accommodate!

    STAY AWAY FROM THE CASINO

    Casino staff are poorly trained and management unhelpful. Numerous times staff at the tables did not know the rules. On one occasion at the table the staffed took my money which I had placed down to have chipped up. Pit boss was rude and unhelpful. Casino management never contacted me nor wanted to acknowledge the mistake.
