    Highly reccomend

    Massive shout out to 4 people who actually made my holiday the best experience. Thank you to Raheem, DJ Famous, Dyca and Doneisha. The entertainment was absolutely phenomenal. They go out their way to make the audience laugh and just have a good night with all whilst on Holiday. Only concern is the room. They are a little too old fashioned for my liking. But food was good, all staff were attentive, all areas of the resort was kept presentable and tidy. Will be definitely coming back

    not my choice

    we had to ask for soft pillows, chairs in room, and a probe security light to be changed. the smell of skunk smoke on the beach , near children ridculous, keep employees intact with selling their skunk products please. approached at arrival and departure for wanting us to purchase skunk tobacco. Honestly get a real job//////////1

    Great 3* place to visit

    This was an excellent 3* hotel especially as it was so clean and the grounds were beautiful too. The food was good and fresh even though it was basic ( remember it is a 3*) . The French toast was very good as the cinnamon flavour was lovely. The only criticism was that they hadn’t completed the beach bar .

    An absolute Gem

    This is a lovely resort. For a 3 star hotel it is very good. I've seen people commenting on the food but for our two week stay, can honestly say we enjoyed it, they are not always quick at replenishing when its busy but the food is good and you get to try local food which was really good. The staff were really kind and helpful and especially Shannel in the Buffet and Judith on reception The cottages were perfect and kept beautifully clean by the staff, absolutely pleasure to stay in and fall asleep listening to the waves and the sounds of tree frogs. It was idyllic It would be nice to be able to get some proper communication going with the bar team, but its hard as the entertainments team play their music so loud that its impossible to have a conversation. At one point in the bar seating area the music was over 89 DCbls , how the staff work day in day out with that I don't know, it must be damaging so my only complaint is that so that people can talk and protect their hearing the entertainments team need to turn the volume down a notch. Maybe their health and safety team should monitor the levels to protect the team and improve comfort for visitors The beaches and location are an absolute gem. Please give this hotel a try and don't be worried about some of the negative reviews, we have previously stayed in 5 star Rui and much preferred the beautiful atmosphere and staff at this location. I happened to spend my Birthday with you and really appreciated the efforts of the hotel to make it special, thank you Please pass our thanks on to all your staff , buffet, grounds, beach, bar, maintenance, cleaning, everyone we came across or interacted with was so friendly. Thank you for a wonderful two weeks, missing this place already. We will definitely return

    Nice Place

    For a 3* place I can honestly say that it was excellent except one thing "The Food" the food was absolutely dreadful. The first week it was ok but the second week when the hotel filled, there was little food to be had, we eat out most of the second week. The saving grace was breakfast at the a la carte. speaking of the a la carte we eat there once and left our food it was inedible. That's all the bad stuff, the bungalows are of a good standard the shower was amazing, and the cleanliness was exceptional, and nearly everyone I spoke to agreed. The staff are polite and helpful, most of the bar staff were extremely good some hid away and did half the work the others did. Sadly I had written two names down to mention but I lost the bit of paper. Hats off to the gardeners who worked relentlessly to keep the gardens nice, also the beach boys who cleaned the beaches daily, well done lads. reception was OK but could have been a little more cheery and helpful, maybe the one's I spoke to had had a rough morning. The evening entertainment was OK some nights were better than others, the Steel Band was Phenomenal. We were there for Bob Marley's Birthday and the guy who they had was dreadful I know that sounds harsh but I didn't see anyone enjoying it.
