I am not a princess. I understand what 3-stars resort is. But service must be at least an equal to a value of money that you paid and respect toward travellers must be present in any stars resort. Beach is OK. Entertainment was OK. Michael Jackson Show was amazing. Ground is beautiful and well maintained. Our little cottage was clean and mold-free. DINING ROOM SERVICE WAS A DISASTER. A buffet never was opened on time, tables were not cleaned, cutler were never available. Servers were just standing and starring while you trying to clean the table, to find glasses and fill it with water, and ask for cutler. If you are planning to travel to this resort be prepared to fight for it every day, 3 times a day. That was really annoying. Snack bar and one a la-carte were closed leaving gaps with no-food options during the day. Food in the buffet was good but not always available, because hot plates were empty and we needed to wait for 10-15 minutes to be restoked. We stayed in the cottage behind the Quite pool. Neighbours outside the property were playing music so loud that it would vibrate everything in our cottage. We called the reception, they answered that they could not do anything about it.

Bad, -10 rating
Location is good but food, rooms and staff are awful , I give 1 star as I have no other choice but really it is -10 from star, rooms are old, bathrooms are old, dirty , no water pressure. Food is the same everyday and only one buffet and one restaurant

Happy Place
Too many reviews from Princesses and entitled people; IGNORE THEM This is a three star hotel and is not ashamed to say so, ultimately you get what you pay for and to all the people saying “spend more and go somewhere else”, why didn’t you? The ONLY rude people we’ve met at this hotel are some of the GUESTS, for example those that wanted their eggs poached in a particular manner or those that blamed the weather on the barman!! Club Caribbean is what you make of it. It’s your choice to enjoy this beautiful place and beautiful people or spend your time sulking and moaning The beaches? 5 Stars, amazing The gardens? 5 Stars, amazing. The staff? 5 Stars amazing (treat people as you would expect to be treated yourself) The bars? 5 stars and four to choose from The entertainment? 5 Stars, always on the go, something for everyone. The rooms? In terms of a three star hotel, everything you’d hope for, basic but clean and serviced daily. The food, yeah, bit samey and things do run out but not the end of the world unless you choose to make it so. What else? PLENTY of places to eat if you DARE to go outside (a polite “I’m OK” is enough to deter any unwanted attention, they know better than to ask twice). Pizza straight over the road, Sharkies ten minutes to the left and juicy patties ten minutes to the right Two supermarkets just outside the main gate Always try to use Jamaican dollars outside of the hotel, US for tipping inside Top tip is Steve, nicest man you’ll ever meet who will take you out for the day for a very fair fee. Do not worry about staying here unless you are a fussy eater who doesn’t have the courage to leave the hotel

Good and bad point but would return
The holiday cottages are quite unique, but basic and our room needed a refit. Kept very clean. Room fridge not restocked all holiday. Food was poor Some staff obviously did not want to be there and were obviously demoralised and uninterested. If they sort the place out I would return as the beach and water was lovely.

Decameron Club Nightmare
Food is the worst in any hotel we've ever been too. Ever meat dish is bones with some meat. But you got to search for it. Don't matter if it is chicken or beef. Food is over cooked they call it crispy lol. Repetitive food , mostly rice and sloppy mash potatoes. Sometimes you get cremated potatoes wedges. Rooms are dated, Jamaca is renowned for it's coffee but this hotel must buy it from Lidl's. So weak it looks like coloured water. Worse £5000 I've ever spent.
