    Amazing Hotel for the Best Value for Money

    We had a great time .. Plenty of parking. Hotel pool was clean.. Right on beach. Very friendly staff.. Location is the best as close to Restaurants, Shopping etc.. We booked last min via Costco .. Restaurant was very good along with Tiki Bar. Over all greta experience ..

    Great Resort in Kona

    Beautiful lobby on the water. Lovely staff. Wonderful fish ponds. Landscaping well maintained. Gorgeous teak lined elevators. Love our comfortable room. It has a kitchen peninsula type counter with a deep kitchen sink and a nice storage area. I don't think there's a bad view in the whole hotel, it sits right on the water. It was built to look like a cruise ship. Even though the hotel is old it's been well-maintained over the years. The housekeeping was exceptional. The food at the restaurant on the water was great. They give you two free Mai tai drinks when you check in. The balcony is large and comfortable. We just love this hotel!

    Great experience on the "Big Island"

    Our room had a fantastic sunset / ocean view + full view of the Luau held each evening . Restaurant food was excellent and the service was fast and courteous. Location was easy walk to many shops and other restaurants. Only negative was the $25 daily parking fee. JP

    The best place to stay in Kailua-Kona.Close to Huggo's restaurant, close to shopping, great view of the ocean from the terrace. Right on Alii drive where all the action is. Outstanding Luau. Rooms are spacious, they have great amenities.. Spa, massages, facials, manicures, hair salon. Everything you need for a first class. Hotel..

    Best place to stay in Kona

    From check in to check out everything was awesome. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly and welcoming. You are within walking distance to almost everything you could want or need. The on site restaurant and bar is the best location you can find right on the water. The food is amazing and restaurant staff friendly and efficient. We live in Kona and this is where we go a few times a year. Always love it and never disappointed..
