Recent stay at Royal Lahaina
Accommodations were fantastic and service was excellent. We definitely enjoyed dining at the on site Lahaina Noon restaurant multiple times and the resort’s location on Kaanapali Beach is unsurpassed. Looking forward to returning next year!

Bad Customer Service
We’ve been going to Royal Lahaina since the 90s, but I have to say the customer service has severely gone downhill. I called to try and get a package for my parent’s 40th anniversary so they could have champagne and strawberries or something similar when they arrived, and I was passed around to several people before I finally just gave up. You also can’t reserve your room for next year at the front desk, apparently you need to do it online. I’m not sure if it’s understaffing or bad management, but it’s very disappointing.

Hawaii Authentic
Love the authenticity of the property. Especially the bungalows. Really feels like old Hawaii. Saw dozens of whales pretty much daily from the shore. Put your head under water and you can clearly hear the whales communicating. Beach is easy access and fun to hang out in!

Staycation from Oahu
Perfect location, lots to see and do! Love the nightly live music! The shuttle is amazing to get to different locations in the area! Beach was great to watch whales while you relaxed in the sun or for sunset! Highly recommended, we will stay again!

10/10
Friendly service and a nice clean room with ocean views. The beach was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast buffet was nice, I couldn't have been happier with my stay, it was my brothers birthday that weekend and we went to the Luau with the package I paid for and they even upgraded our status to VIP.
