Visited Royal Solaris in Feb 2025. Overall, great hotel. Great service. Went with a 6 year old boy and 3 year old girl. Lots of entertainment for all ages. Only complaint is that time passed to quick. Best meal was at Rosamarinas. Kenny was our waiter and he made our experience extra special. Will definitely be going back.

Great experience!
I really like the experience in this hotel! Vanesa and Adrian help us really kindly. They worked really hard to make my vacation be perfect! So recommend to go this place! The place is really neat and funny. The people are all nice and kind. Ocean looks sooo good. 😁😆🤩 I even can see the beautiful ocean from our room!

Home Away From Home
To celebrate my birthday, I had the pleasure of vacationing with my sister and brother in law for 11 days at Royal Solaris, Cancun. We felt like family the minute we stepped out of the transportation. The hospitality is amazing! We were greeted first by the bell captains and they were very helpful and their smiling faces were very welcoming. I’ve been a member since 2018 and I can honestly say I have not been disappointed yet. There is a members lounge for check in and really anything else that you may need. Dave is my representative and he always makes my stay enjoyable. Also Marco, Andres and were very accommodating anytime I needed assistance. However, I had the privilege of having Claudia as a personal concierge, not only did she make our stay amazing but she went above and beyond to make sure my birthday was super special. I have food allergies and she took the time to assist in getting me a cake that I could enjoy as well as flowers and many other treats. She even decorated my room. We enjoyed my birthday dinner at Marco Polo. The food was amazing but Ricky Gil made my night memorable. Each morning we ate at the members breakfast. It’s an open-air restaurant and the views are beautiful and the food was delicious. The hostess Luz was very personable and not only remembered our names but also our food allergies. She made sure I had gluten free pancakes or waffles, my choice, everyday. Our waiters Alfredo and Tino were very attentive and enjoyable. The 2 Captains that went above and beyond are Ignacio and Antonio. They worked hard to accommodate really good service and food options. Fabian and his beautiful Falcon Chabello were very fun to watch as they keep the birds away. While we were there the water was really rough. One day I decided to be brave and go into the sea. It was beautiful the temperature was perfect. However, when it was time to get out I was struggling. The under current was very strong. I’m so thankful for the very observant lifeguard Oscar. He came to my rescue and helped me out of the water. I thanked him and swear he saved my life. Such a valuable employee and I was grateful he was there. Spending days at the pool were amazing just by being in paradise but the service that was given by Mayra made our stay unforgettable. She kept the drinks and water coming. She also went above and beyond and brought us food in between drinks when she saw we needed it. Speaking of drinks and service CeCe and Kalimba in the members bar were fantastic. They greeted us every time like we were family and the drinks are top notch. Try the Espresso Martini, it was fantastic. We enjoyed every visit. I had the pleasure of a massage on the beach with Benita. She has the most amazing hands and techniques. I felt totally relaxed and super special. My sister had Amelio and said the same thing about him. He also gave her a fantastic haircut and did a great manicure. The spa is beautiful. Last but not least, I’m sorry to say I didn’t write her name down but management should know she not only kept our room spotless she also left us the cutest animals, shells and dolls made from towels. I accidentally left jewelry out one day, not a single piece was touched. So admirable! I really can’t wait to go back “home” again!

Great option for the entire family
We spend 8 nights at Royal Solaris Cancun and were very happy with the trip. The hotel was very clean, close to the beach, had various pools, great variety and quality of food and drink and friendly and helpful serve. In particular the mini club was great both in terms of setup (pool area with lots of slides, shaded area for parents to hang out, and wide range of indoor options as well). But most importantly the mini club staff (big shout out to Suleica, Odette, EMI and Mariana) was super friendly abs both our girls (2 & 5) wanted to go there all the time!
