The cleaning service was great! Carmen cleaned our room every day and I had to leave her a great tip! The resort is very clean and very pleasant! Honestly it was great! Everything we needed was there! If you want to do additional stuff I recommend the couples massage! It was so good and worth the price!

Loved all the staff at GR Caribe Solaris! THEY WERE FRIENDLY, helpful and happy!!! Especially Dayana & Edward in the entertainment section! Cruz was awesome at the bar and the dancers from the Theater were extremely capable, talented and elegant! Lots of fun…only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was due to all the construction (but understand its necessity after the hurricanes)

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service and Beautiful Beachfront!
My family and I recently stayed at the Royal Solaris in Cancun, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect spot for our vacation. The front desk staff, in particular, stood out for their warm hospitality. A special mention goes to Danial Rojo, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Not only did he assign us a room with an incredible view of the ocean, but when we asked for extra blankets late one evening, he responded promptly and ensured we got everything we needed. His attentive and friendly service really set the tone for our entire stay. The hotel itself is every bit as wonderful as described in other reviews. The common areas are beautifully maintained, and the property offers a range of amenities that cater to guests of all ages. We enjoyed the poolside activities—there always seemed to be something going on that kept us entertained—and the beach area was immaculate, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The staff were consistently helpful, bringing drinks and snacks right to our chairs while we relaxed. We also took advantage of the dining options on-site. Like other visitors have noted, the buffet offered an abundant selection of dishes for every meal, and the themed dinners were a delightful surprise each evening. We never felt bored with the cuisine, and the quality remained consistently high throughout our stay. In reading through the comments others have shared, we found their praise for the staff’s responsiveness and friendliness to be absolutely true. Our overall experience at Royal Solaris was exceptional—great rooms, fantastic food, attentive service, and a gorgeous beachfront location. We can’t wait to return!

This trip hits the ballpark
Had the time of my life for the longest trip I had the workers made the trip wonderful but one person in particular that I enjoyed seeing the most was Dayana who made my trip one to remember with her hard working kind to other and fun to be around can not thank her enough for the trip and excited to come back next year

Return visit; excellent as usual
We’ve traveled to this hotel many times over the past 9 years. On this trip we were sad to see some of our favorite staff gone, but were still extremely happy with the service. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job every day (Issa was ours; he was awesome). The check in process is quite easy (Meneses made it even better). The bartenders were great; some that we dealt with a lot were Cristian, Julio, Cecilia, Alexander,Limberth and Angel. Great personalities and always ready to serve you. The food is very good. I have Celiac disease, but can always find safe foods to eat. Aldo, the chef at the buffet, even came out to speak with me and made me a special safe dinner. Great customer service! The waiters are efficient and professional. Omar is awesome at the pool or lobby; wherever you find him, he’s always smiling. Anayeli in Cafe Solaris and Bogavante is so friendly and a great waitress. Ivan at Marco Polo and Marco at Veneto are also at the top of their game! The Captains keep everything running smoothly and are always willing to help with anything you need… Irma, Fabian, Darwin, Tony, and Ignacio. Entertainment starts in the morning by the pool, and continues right into the night with the shows and live music in the lobby. Eder, Eduardo, Matias, Maggie, and Dyana keep it all going. DJ Magic Mike keeps the music going and is super friendly. We appreciate all the staff, although I can’t name them all. They work so hard to make your vacation enjoyable. We plan to return very soon for another great week away from our cold weather!
