Very nice, great service
All-inclusive options for food and beverage were open later than most resorts we've been to, which is a definite bonus. This place is close to the airport but quite far from the marina or downtown Cabo.

Relaxing!
We enjoyed the stay here with family.. The Newyear’s eve dinner party and fireworks arw awesome.. Angel Captain served us with special requests. One thing the resort has to consider is vegetarian-vegan friendly food and dessert choices. My kids couldn’t eat any of the dessert bcos everything has eggs and gelatin. But staffs are friendly and offered us icecream at Newyear eve party. Rooms are clean! Definitely recommend this resort to friends and family!!

Don’t waste your money at this resort
The hotel half of it was under construction, which led to not much for outdoor space around the pool for lawn chairs and what chairs you could get you had to be out at 6 AM. The food was absolutely terrible and the noise from children and babies crying. We got no sleep.

Capi & Tomas knock it out of the Park
Had a wonderful New Year’s Eve dinner at Marco Polo with fantastic service from Capi and Tomas. The lobster bisk was the bomb. The resort is very family friendly and comfortable. Pools and entertainment very nice. My brother Bilosh has lots of fun on the water slides.

Wanted to love this place, but that's impossible!
Terrible service and expereince! I really wanted to love this place but that is impossible. First the check in processes is an early indication you made a bad choice. The gentleman checking us in was visibly irritated, and while waiting in line to check in, another guest cut him off while working with us and he took the opportunity to help him do the same thing he was doing for us. Granted this guest was a bit rude, but the employee should have told him, give me a moment and I will be happy to help you. Then the luggage delivery to the room, guess what, one bag was missing. The bell man stated that is all that you gave me, I don't have any other bags. "No one touches the cart once it is in the luggage room". So I make my way to the front desk, and as I am on the way there, my wife calls and said, he brought the additional bag. They "found it". Leets get to the room...Dont bother paying a dime more for any upgrades like we did, since our other travel companions got better rooms in lower categories. We upgraded to ocean view premier, and I guess the premier means there is a palm tree right smack dab in the center of your room. When we asked to upgrade, they told us that they could move us to another room that normally costs 400 more total, but they would give us a deal and do half off since we have had a bad start to our trip. I agreed and the gal showing the room was very kind. She also helped us rectify our costco pre-made dinner reservation for Marco Polo since our party was scattered everywhere. So we thank her and moved on with our day. Marco Polo dinner night was a disaster. We arrive on time, to be told that only 5 of our party of 8 is confirmed for Marco Polo. I told the gentleman that we had received a call from the manager stating it was all taken care of the night before. Miguel, the manager was rude and told us, "well they didn't do what they told you they would". He then had us move to the side so he could help others because they were "at capacity". Capacity is a joke, the inner dinning room had maybe 8 guests, and the outer space was He texted the manager but of course there was no response. After waiting for 15 minutes he then "did us a favor" and sat us at the empty table outside for service. The pizza by the pool, well good luck there. One day it was by order only, the next day there was no more ordering it was take a slice as it comes out. Terrible organization, and unwilling to take care of the guests. This is a terrible resort and the adage "you get what you pay for" certainly doesn't apply for how much we spent here. I am reluctant to publish this review until we leave because if the first 2 days is any indication, there will be a whole lot more to write about.
