Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds ($300 USD).
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

We have received really great service since the first time we came here 15 years ago. If there is a problem they always fix it right away. The staff is really friendly and always makes us feel at home. Especially Capi Angel! Can’t recommend Solaris enough!

Great Service!
Diana and Captain: Angel were both very welcoming and provided great service. The food was enjoyable and the environment was calm. For seafood lovers the seafood linguine is a must. The lime sorbet was the perfect desert to follow a rich meal.

Amazing!
Welcoming staff! Always making sure you are comfortable and have what you need. The food at the Italian restaurant is amazing. Love the beach access and the bars! Very helpful staff when booking excursions, it’s a very beautiful resort!!!

Alejo is the best in Cabo.
Best food and service during our stay at Royal Solaris. Zia has a very well designed menu and provided items for everyone’s. Alejo was very prompt and had a smile on his face when we sat down. The meal was perfect size and great selections. Thank you Alejo for the great time and your hospitality during our stay.

Just Like Family
We absolutely love coming to this hotel. We stay a couple of times each year and always look forward to returning. We have made so many great friends at the hotel. They work so hard to make our stay just wonderful. On arriving we are greeted by Alberto, Alvin, Omar and German. They give you the warmest reception. They are there to do all they can to help with any needs. Emmanuel in Members Services does a great, professional job and he always makes sure our room and stay is perfect. Edwardo, Juan, and all, hustle at the pool to keep our drinks full. Captain Carolina, Flora, Miguel, and Angel are so accommodating. Martin, Jonathon, Alex, Humberto, and Palma are the best food services. Daisy makes us smile and Esmeralda keeps our room spotless. Your stay here will be a pleasant experience.
