    Pancho's - top notch

Specific review of evening meal at Pancho's . Excellent prompt service and food quality particularly the shrimp fajitas . The captain , Angel , is very interested in assuring the diners an excellent experience , even after 15 years. The server ( I forget - maybe Eduardo ? - Angel will know ) - was first rate. The restaurant can be a bit noisy , but worth it .

For couples- i'd look for Adults only resort instead. Great service from staff, mediocre food.

I had an overall positive experience at the Royal Solaris Los Cabos, with some pros and some areas of improvement. For the pros: - Room: very clean, modern rooms. Flat screen TV is a nice touch. Rooms were cleaned each day- it felt great coming back to fresh towels, clean bed. Fridge was restocked each day. - The staff are fantastic! Super attentive, friendly, and kind. I would like to highlight Jose at the Pizza bar by the pool. Always has a smile on his face and by far one of the best foods at the resort. The oven pizza is highly recommended! We got the hawaiian and the mexican pizza each day. I'd also like to call out Captain Angel and Hector at the Marco Polo restaurant. They were so kind and did a great job. 100% made my experience more positive! - The pool + service: We spent most of our stay at the adult pool. Quiet area and tucked away. Staff frequently came around asking for drinks which was greatly appreciated - The weather in cabo - unmatched! 30 degree weather each day, no humidity and not a cloud in sight - The nice to haves: one of the days, the spa came to the pool and offered 5-10 mins massages, facials, hand exfoliation. This was a great way to highlight the spa. Free and no pressure/expectations to book. I also liked one of the days the bar side had sushi, and some days they had an ice cream cart come around. - Omelette station & taco station at the buffet were delicious. For the areas of improvement: - The overall food quality should be re-evaluated. For a 5 star resort, we expected better food quality and quantity at the buffet and the a la carte restaurants. Breakfast was by far the best but options were limited. Same for buffet dinner, they had theme nights to change up the menu, but the quality just wasn't there. The beach bar (fries, burgers, chicken nuggets, nachos)- the food there should definitely be re-visited. The chicken didn't look or taste like chicken. - The wifi could be improved, often disconnected and was not stable throughout the resort - The coffee shop- vanilla syrup or sweetener would make the coffee more enjoyable - The evening entertainment was ok- lots of effort by the performers but definitely geared more towards kids. The karaoke night was fun. - The room- only feedback would be to re-stock the moisturizer. We asked 2-3 times but each time no staff had on hand. - More umbrellas and chairs needed by the pool. Seating was limited and many spots were taken up very early in the morning. By 8am most seats were gone! - The gym was also a bit outdated but did the job. Overall the resort was enjoyable. I would prefer an adults only result next time. Staff were kind and the pool/drinks were great. Main area of improvement would be the food.

    Pool cocktail service is exceptional

Went for spring break with two families, 4 kids ages 5-13. Resort is very good for the price point. Buffet is very meh. Breakfast in particular left us desiring more compared to other all inclusives. Service across the board is 5 stars though. Daniel and Eduardo are some of the best pool servers I’ve had. Very attentive and charming. Neymar in hospitality was absolutely wonderful.
