Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds ($300 USD).
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Spring Break Policy - Hotel does allow individual spring breakers, but no groups. $100 cash per person (refundable) deposit is required at check-in.

My family and I had the best experience with the workers. They were all so sweet and helpful. Especially, Luis the waiter who went out of his way to provide my family with vegetarian options. He always has a friendly and optimistic attitude. Both he and Captain Angel helped find my sister’s phone. We were extremely concerned we would not find her phone. Luckily, Captain Angel put time and effort in order to find her phone. Thank you Luis and Captain Angle!

Amazing experience with Angel.
Angel is excellent and found our phone. We really appreciate his help. He made our trip 10 times better. We appreciate his amazing service! Thanks to him! .he is an excellent at the services at the restaurant.Hecserved ys whatever we requested,he was prompt in understanding our vegetarian requirements.

Great service
Capi Angel at Solaris restaurant was very helpful. We went there for dinner this evening. He provided great service, accommodated the needs of our young children. And family good margaritas! Thank you for the great service! We would love to go again.

Our December Visit to Royal Solaris Los Cabo. We love this place. The building needs renovations but the people are FAB!
The people who work there are amazing. Our favorites are Omar, German, Alvin, Emmanuel, Ramon, Guillermo, Raul, Alejandro, Soco, Rosy, Tomayo, Tomas, Miguel, Martin, Matias and Jane-th. They work very hard to ensure that our vacation is awesome and memorable. We really had a blast.

Christmas getaway
Nice clean resort with friendly staff. In the buffet restaurant Jacob Jonathan was always very attentive. In the bar area the bartenders are very nice and on top of your drinks. Especially Romy, Eduardo, Alejandro, Raul, and Lily who's inside.
