  Love RWI

  I love this resort for everything it offers. Best staff and best happy hour on the island. Bartender Bert is an absolute gem, and makes the best espresso martini!!! Love this place and cannot wait to go back! It is truly my happy place, home away from home.

  Beautiful, peaceful resort

  Wonderful. Place was beautiful, and low key. Restaurant was excellent. Great staff and service. Our 2nd story one bedroom in building 2 had a nice view of the ocean Would definitely go back there again! Other guests were friendly and pleasant to be around.

  I regretfully stayed here............Book elsewhere...Had to switch rooms 3 times due to bugs

  I was hopefully optimistic, but to say I was disgusted and disappointed is an understatement. We had to switch rooms 3 times due to bugs. I was bitten so bad the first and second night (while sleeping) that I had to get a prescription cream from a local doctor. I asked to switch rooms and was switched to a (shockingly) visually infested room (I will attach videos and pictures). After unpacking, we noticed dozens of bugs crawling in the closet and all over the pillows in the closet. The operations Mgr, Stephanie seemed shocked. They bagged up the pillows and left. We didn't get switched to our THIRD room until 12:30 am. I didn't have a problem with my daughter's one bedroom studio, but this was a family vacation and she was in a completely different building than us. I booked a 2 bedroom suite as well as a studio. I expect a clean, safe room when traveling. They didn't meet this basic need. I shouldn't have to switch rooms THREE times with 2 teenage boys and go through this emotional trauma. This was so upsetting to me that I was crying while talking to Stephanie about how awful this experience has been for me. This is the first negative review I've ever written on Trip Advisor. I'm an avid fan and contributor. I will never stay at this hotel again. The hotel offered me reimbursement for one night, as well as my $105 dr. bill. This is laughable as I booked a 7 day trip with accommodations for 6 people. I plan on filing a claim with my credit card company. They emailed me an Orkin report trying to explain they found no evidence of bed bugs, Ummmmm okay well I lived this experience, so did my family, I have bites that will most likely scar as well as videos (trip advisor doesn't allow videos) and numerous pictures. I don't know what kind of bugs they were, but I never want to see them again.

  Paradise Realized

  Love this resort! Clean! Very friendly staff! Super quiet(my biggest positive)! It’s nice to have the restaurant on property. Plenty of chairs on the beach and towels for use. Every morning the beach staff have been very accommodating in assisting us with umbrellas and side tables! It’s all the little things that add up to help make this a very enjoyable experience! Definitely worth coming back here!

  Paradise at Royal West Indies

  Well managed resort. The staff made everything from check in to check out easy. The entire facility was clean, well kept and exceptional service. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were provided for guests. The resort had 2 pools, hot tub, restaurant and poolside bar. It was relatively quiet through out our 3-day stay. There were many restaurants, shops and resorts that were walkable (a long walk but walkable. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend TWI.
