The resort was well-maintained and spacious enough for our family of five in a presidential two-bedroom suite. However, the food was disappointing. Multiple people in our group contracted traveler’s diarrhea, including two in my family. The water was always warm, and the fridge in our room didn’t work. Fortunately, it was stocked with an assortment of water, soda, and juice boxes, though they were also warm. The gym was small and hot, lacking air conditioning or airflow. The service was slow, particularly during check-in, which took us about 1.5 hours. Communication was challenging due to the staff’s limited English proficiency, leading to frequent misunderstandings. Dinner reservations were nearly impossible to make, which was disappointing since we had to eat at the buffet daily. The entertainment options were good, but the beverages were watered down. The excursions and water activities were significantly overpriced. Don’t forget to bring sunscreen, as a small bottle could cost you $45. The 24-hour room service was a plus, but be prepared to wait over an hour for delivery. Overall, we had a pleasant time, but we wouldn’t consider traveling to this resort again.

This resort is run very dirty! Lacks food safety. Walls are all dinged and chairs and tables so sticky.. workers could care less and they DO NOT CLEAN! Chairs and tables are not wiped. It’s just so dirty. I would never recommend this place. Pools do not get cleaned! It’s awful. Please book somewhere else.

The location is great and beautiful. The room was comfortable but we had a constant water leak from the ceiling in our bathroom. Staff was made aware but nothing to do about it while we were there. All of the staff were polite, courteous and helpful. Our "Butler", Kelvin Pie, was extremely helpful and available at all times. He and the Lifeguard, Wilkins, were always cheerful and a pleasure to talk to.

Beach, room, pools, amenities, and diamond club services exceeded expectations. We enjoyed Breakfast and lunch - dinners have some opportunity. Was a great layout and easy to navigate - all the service staff were very friendly and made us feel special.

Mar 31, 2025Beautiful Beaches, Poor management, if you don't tip, you won't get anywhere.
We normally always leave positive reviews but we felt it was important to notify travelers We arrived 2 days late because of an unfortunate event, but we had notified the resort and Travelosity. When we arrived they did not have our room. They attempted to talk us into a lesser room for the same price and pushed the diamond package. They push the diamond package when you check in to everyone. 3 hours later we were in our room finally. The spa tub was broken and taken apart. No Hot water. Hotel ran out of drinking water. We requested for things to be fixed, filled, cleaned, with no luck The food is average, but nothing for local culture Sorry but the more we talked to other visitors, they were experiencing the same issues
