    Sashawna pool server!!

    Sashawna is the BEST server at the Royalton Blue Waters swim up bar that you could ever encounter!!!! She is so thorough with your drink request, speedy delivery and excellent customer service. She delivers with smiles and love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ you can’t get better service that will Sashawna!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Great Family Vacation

    After reading several recent negative reviews about this resort, I was very skeptical about going, even to the point where I tried to change venues. I must say that I'm glad we didn't because almost every complaint I read about, I didn't experience. The hotel was clean, rooms were kept very tidy, food was great and the hotel staff (for the most part) were extremely friendly. We were Diamond Club members and it is worth the additional fees for access to a private lounge, top shelf liquors, butler service, private beach, and an al a carte breakfast restaurant. I must give special thanks to butlers Imran and Juddikay and pool staff servers Tyrese and Nicola. You all rock!

    Berry the goat

    Writing a review about the best bartender I’ve ever had, Berry, is honestly easy because he was just that good. From the second I sat down, he made the whole vibe feel chill and welcoming. He was super friendly, cracked jokes, and just made everyone feel like they belonged there. The drinks he made were insane—like, you could tell he actually knew what he was doing. He didn’t just throw stuff together, everything tasted smooth and legit. He even made up a drink based on what I said I liked, and it ended up being fire. But it wasn’t just the drinks—Berry had this way of talking to people that made the whole night better. He remembered names, what people ordered, and always kept the energy up without trying too hard.

    My experience

    I met my man Berry and Bianca Gat the lobby bar and he was the most fun bartender I have ever had. This man made me and my families week with his energy and his ability to always craft the right drinks. I think without Berry I never would have had near as much fun. Whatever raise this man can get he absolutely deserves. He made me feel at home here and that was amazing. We love Berry.
