My third visit to Royalton chic and it's gets better and better I must say a big thank you to a few people have to start with Gloria Vazquez not only the best gym instructor in Cancun but an amazing person probably the most helpful person I have ever met nothing is to much trouble for her she leads a great team of Sharon, adan and Esteban please try one of there classes you won't be disappointed I was lucky enough to have the best butler in chic Iran who looked after me so well please request him when you book also had the best chef in Cancun canela who made me the best food for lunch and dinner a big thank you to the rooftop dancing girls Georgina and Geraldine you won't meet two more beautiful ladies who were also so much fun to be around they kept me company at lunch and dinner I feel very lucky to have met you last but not least a big thank to the buffet staff and all the waiters led by ismale the kindness and service you gave me was the best I have traveled all over the world and the service you gave me was the best that is why I keep coming back I look forward to seeing you all soon in the meantime stay safe Brian dugard

Awesome place
Royalton chic is very good place for adults. Property is very clean and staff very helpful. Our butler SANDRA was phenomenal. She kept us informed thru out our stay. She did all the reservations and update restaurants for our vegetarian meals.

Hi, This is a live review as I am currently staying in this hotel. The hotel location is very good and clean. The reason for me to award 3 stars is due to lack of supervision in certain areas, Elements buffet restaurant in particular. Cutlery placements are somewhat to be questioned. In the two days I have been here, there are items missing. Minor issues in grand scheme of things, but as this hotel being advertised as a 5*, these things need to be basics. This morning, I ordered breakfast tea, was supplied with hot water, then had to ask for milk, and then had to ask for a tea spoon. Every time, I had to wait to grap waiter's attention whilst three were just chatting amongst themselves outside the kitchen door. So many staff are standing. With room facilities, the room is lovely. However, the hotel provides a coffee making facility, but with the wrong type of plug. Unless you ask, you don't get provided. It's a shame that Royalton Chic Cancun is not up to the same standard as the one in Dominican Rep.

The absolute best service
Walking in the lobby of Royalton Chic Cancun is a beautiful experience. From the elegant surroundings to the fun Moet and Chandon vending machine. You know you’re in for a great experience The people are what make this resort shine. Hilda in the spa was so lovely and accommodating even when I cut the experience short so I could spend more time at the beach in the sunshine. Angel and Alejandro at the DC pool bar always made sure a cold drink was at hand. And by far, Gilbert, our butler, was sensational. We have stayed at Chic locations multiple times and we have never had a butler as attentive as Gilbert. From all our reservations, guiding us through the hotel to all the events, and my favourite part - providing me with additional books to read. Gilbert is a shining star of this resort.

Royalton Diamond Club experience
The staff was friendly from the moment we walked in. We purchased the diamond club package and it was so worth it! Our butler Cesar exceeded our expectations we had! He checked in with us daily, scheduled our dinner reservations, excursions, and made sure the room was always filled with stuff we needed. Hotel was clean and very beautiful.
