    Great vacation!

    My husband and I came for a quick getaway with friends. The resort met my expectations! The resort was clean, food was good at all restaurant, but Italian and Asian restaurants were amazing!! Oh and not to forget the coffee shop, which had the best coffee!! The staff was super friendly across the resort and the beach is just incredible! Our room was beautiful and spacious overlooking the lagoon. We had an issue with the lights in our room, but it was quickly resolved by the tech! We also enjoyed the bar on the 3rd floor with the entertainment! Our favourite part was the pool/beach area. We didn’t have any issues with getting chairs. Our beach servers Carlos and Kuri were amazing and made our days wonderful! They didn't skip a beat ensuring we were looked after! I would definitely go back!

    Josue, Manuel, Josabeth, Guillermo , are the best bartenders ever! They gave me the best service for my whole stay. They are great with their service, manners, and I had great conversations with them!! My name is Maz. They are bartenders on the first floor, they will take care of you!

    Great Vibe Team , funny vacation

    Great Staff , bartenders waiters and housekeepers were great , a special thanks to the Vibe Team & DJ , especially Danilson , Chris , Willy, Alexander and Alonso were great at animating we had real fun all the time with them , the shows including the dancers were great , 4 Stars beauce if you are used to european cleaness you will miss it, it is although hygenic but not clean as in europe. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for everyone who wants some fun in the Vacation.

    great girls trip!

    The best girls trip ever! My girls and I had so much fun, diamond club is so worth it, the food was mostly good, always a fun party or something to do, very close to the cancun strip so you can just walk there and party. at the end of this trip the water went out but that’s okay. honestly, i would love to come back to this place. shout out to Jesse our beach butler, he was amazing and gave us aloe towels everyday and made sure we were comfortable on the beach! Gilbert and Marisol were great room butlers as well. honestly you guys need to come here :)

    Best Service Ever

    Wonderful service from all the employees. Specifically Jesse, a beach butler, and Daniel, a server at level 18. Both of them always made sure we had everything we needed and collectively made our experience amazing. Jesse always set up our beach chairs for us with towels as soon as we touched foot on the beach, and he came over with fruits and aloe treatments every time we saw him. Daniel continually looked out for me and my friends, always making sure we were doing well and never leaving us without a drink in hand lol! Our butlers, Gilbert and Marisol, were also absolutely amazing. Making sure all of our questions were answered, and handling all of the technicalities of our trip, making sure we were able to just sit back and relax
