    Worst service I’ve ever had

    Worst service I’ve ever had. Not enough food in restaurants, not even a single drink well prepared. They never replenish the minibar. You have to reserve a seat at a resto, there is never space available although every table is empty. When you get a reservation and order something they said that’s not available so you end eating what they want and not what you want. Terrible experience.

    Amazing stay once again!

    Fantastic stay! This is our second year in a row and we will keep coming back. Friendly staff, delicious food, rooms and facilities are perfect. The water park and kids club and my daughter’s favorite part. Special shoutout to Miguel and Silvana (diamond club) that were absolutely fantastic, attentive and always checking on us. They made our stay extra special! Also the ladies at the kids club, they knew my daughter by name and she would just love spending time there and participating in all the activities at night. Looking forward to our stay next year ! Barbara

    Not worth it.

    Underwhelming. The food is barely edible at most restaurants. You do have to get up at 6am to get a chair at the pool. Butlers are not responsive. Hotel is dirty and in ill repair. Dirty. Most service staff are kind. My kids enjoyed the slides, but we would never ever stay at a Royalton again.

    Levi from Zen was the MAN

    Zen was the best restaurant on the resort had a great time and loved Levi, he was outstanding. He was entertaining and the food was great . We enjoyed the service and overall friendly staff who were very prompt in serving us. I would recommend Zen to everyone

    If you want to get sick, Royalton is the place.

    Hotel is a complete waste of money. Imagine ordering somenthing to eat, and find out the plate has worms…. Not one or two, LOTS OF THEM! manager spoke with us, very gentle, but is not enough. How could you allow that to happened? Like, really? Facilities, looks more like a 20 year hotel that a brand new one. Shame.
