Water park – As previously shared, our Water Park continues to operate seamlessly, boasting an array of 13 monster slides, four splash pad slides, two lazy rivers, and a range of pool amenities. The response from our guests has been overwhelmingly positive. Due to external factors, particularly unusual weather conditions in the region, the completion of the final monster water slide has experienced a necessary extension. To address this, we have proactively rescheduled its availability for our mutual clients to October 15th.

Health and safely not a priority at this resort
We travelled to this resort for 7 nights, 2 families with 4 kids ages 8 - 14. Kids had a blast at the waterpark and pool. Our room was always cool and clean. Service was good and most staff were happy to help us with any requests. Having stayed at various other AI in Cancun, this was by far the worst food quality we have experienced. Lots of other vacationers also mentioned getting sick during their stay. It seemed everyone we talked to had either become ill, or was travelling with someone who had. While our party was lucky to not get sick, it seemed to surround our whole vacation. We made the most of our vacation and enjoyed our time, however, the looming threat of illness put a huge damper on our experience. A couple of people we talked to had family members that had to go to the hospital. Several individuals who were at the resort were violently ill on the flight home, one had to be evacuated by medics upon our return. The lack of sanitizing stations and subpar hygiene we witnessed at several restaurants and the buffet was concerning. I personally witnessed a bartender rinse a used glass under the water, no soap, no scrubbing, and use this glass to pour another patron a drink. While I understand you can’t always avoid flu/illness season, we felt that our safety and health was not a priority at this resort. We really wanted to love our visit here, but we will not be returning.

Signing up on the app for reservation was easy to do. Front desk service for dinner check in was good. Julio the cook put on a great show and food was great and the green tea cheesecake wasn't as good. Overall experience it was enjoyable😉. Thank you

Don’t attend, the entire hotel has been a big mistake.
Worst mistake. Reservations don’t mean anything, we were passed over though had booked specific timing. Staff can’t speak English, when questioning if we should just go and try get another place to eat got attitude. They are so disorganized it’s beyond me. Not Royalton normal style of business. I don’t know if they sold this place but can’t rate it one star.. save your money and go elsewhere

Great surprise dinner!
Teofila was an amazing server for our romantic dinner on the beach! The service was great, food was amazing and we loved the sunset on the beach. Would highly recommend doing this if you’re looking to surprise your significant other. Thank you!

Chef Arturo at the Zen restaurant was amazing!!! Great show, great food, great experience! Good for family and friends. Great for gluten free or celiac. They offer GF soy sauce, so you can enjoy the food worry free. I highly recommend booking your spot as soon as you arrive at the resort.
