We were told at check-in this is a smoke free property. But all day long by the pool is skunk awful marijuana.

Love the hotel but won’t come back. At check in we were told it was smoke free. All I smell at the pool all day is awful skunk weed. This should be more family friendly but is not, unfortunately. But I have to have 200 characters in this review for it to count…

Icky and loud

What a disappointment! This hotel was recently renovated and it just doesn't show. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was surprisingly good but that's where the good stops. The lobby is kept at a freezing temperature and its cold design is loud and echo-e. Forget about finding peace and quiet here, the music is loud and nonstop. The rooms are icky with old carpets and rusty appliances. I've stayed at Marriott properties of a lesser scale that were in better shape and had higher cleaning standards than this flagship property. Truly a disappointment.

Condado Beach is Back and Better Than Ever...

This is our 4th or 5th year staying at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised and happy that it is back 100% after Maria hit the island. This is a great place not only for its service, but it’s location and amenities. The beach location is premium and the assortment of locally run restaurants outside it’s doorsteps keeps us coming back. A special shout out to Christian Rosa and his pool/beach team for their attention to detail and ensuring everyone just has to sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Christian makes you feel like he is welcoming you into his home. You don’t usually get this kind of service from larger, corporately-run hotels. We will be back again and again.

Would stay here again

Marriott Stellaris was lovely and busy with families and couples the beach is stunning the pools are gorgeous There seemed To be open loungers at least by mid Morning. We had a junior suite with stunning views and 2 balconies provided a lovely cross breeze We ate lunch at the restaurant by the pool and had complimentary coupons for the breakfast Buffett which was outstanding. Who doesn’t love a mimosa stations with free mimosas? At the hotel bar the bar tenders we attentive!

Not worth it!

After a long day of travel, you just want a friendly check in and room to rest. Not here! Check in service was rude and felt like we were an inconvenience. Don’t even bother asking for accommodations because they will not happen ( they do state may not happen as a legality) but they didn’t even try to come close. Rooms are ok at best, definitely nothing resort about them. DO NOT GET THE CITY VIEW! Horrible. Make sure you have a remote - television in room will not shut off without it. Had to wait for very slow service to get us one so we could turn it off and stop being subjected to their ads. And no WiFi! Stayed tuned for hopefully a better day tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
