The customer service has been amazing. So nice, genuine and very helpful. I would recommend this area of Mexico to many people who enjoy a very relaxing yet spontaneous adventure for your spouse and self. The in touch feeling of watching whales in there natural habit in depth and a life changing experience.

Alejandro was everything on the beach. He met all of our needs plus so much more. Lots of lawn chairs. Whales for days. Customer services has been absolutely incredible. I could sit here for the rest of my life. First time visiting Cabo and we will absolutely be back.

Beautiful resort!
Mario at Don Diego was amazing! Very attentive and helpful! The whole resort has been amazing so far and the staff has been awesome! The view is amazing and everything has been very clean! The food has been really good as well! I would highly recommend this resort!

A wonderful introduction to an all inclusive vacation!
The area, amenities and staff were great - whale watching on the beach with added sightings of dolphins and rays coupled with beach service, the many pool and hot tub options and the on-site spa (one of the best massages I ever experienced) made this a memorable and relaxing week away.

Love this resort!!!!
We just returned from this beautiful resort and miss it already!! The people who work here are what makes this report stand out. From Norma at the pool to Bryan and all the people who work at Emilliano's to the gals who cleaned our room (hope you liked the candy! This was our second visit and we hope to return in the future! There was just a few young men from a knife company that made a few days quite annoying with their rudeness and loud music and pounding on doors at the wee hours in the morning. Thanks to security they quieted down and then finally left! Maybe the people at check in can put these kind of groups together and not have older couples stuck in the middle. Maybe bottom floor so we don't have to watch them sitting on the ledges of their balconies. But besides that we enjoyed ourselves and the food was excellent. The entertainment was awesome as was he white party Wednesday evening!! Just one more shout out to our favorite server Bryan and to all who got us a table at Emillian's even when they were extremely busy! The people at this resort are the best we have come across in our travels.
