Will be back!
This was our second trip to Sandos and we truly enjoy the property. Our room was clean and the view was absolutely amazing! We saw a couple whales heading north for the summer and the sunrise/sunsets are always breathtaking. The staff at Sandos go above and beyond to make the stay amazing. A few that stood out to us were Ricardo for lunch service and Jorge was our breakfast server. Servio was the bellhop who greeted us when we arrived and he remembered my wife's name when we exited the van. If you want a truly craft made cocktail, see Francisco in the lobby bar! One of the nice things about this resort is it's proximity to town. We walked to town several times and were able to enjoy the marina life/downtown life as well. We would recommend this resort to anyone looking to enjoy a moderately priced AI in Cabo San Lucas.

10/10 SPA
Israel was so helpful and kind! Made our whole experience better, setting us up in the steam room, sauna, and cold plunge and timed our intervals. He provided us with cold towels and cucumbers for our eyes in each room. Fredirico was helpful with scheduling and describing all of our treatment options. Overall great experience!

Average stay with a few positives - dont recommend
We stayed here as a couple for 4 nights and upgraded to the Finisterra suites to get a newer room. This also gives access to the VIP pool. Our stay is average with some poor customer experience. We did get great service from a few employees and some who were just awful. Good: 1. Check-in was a breeze and asked us for a welcome drink - cocktail or beer. 2. Bellhops were amazing! Super nice and got our car pulled up in minutes. 3. Waiter in Tortuga for dinner was awesome. We caught some fish and they cooked it for us into some delicious sashimi, ceviche and grilled dishes. They even reserved a table for us. 4. Staff at the cafe were super nice. 5. The VIP pool was really fun, the bartender was friendly and made delicious drinks. It’s a great spot to meet the other guests. Bad: 1. The toiletries in the bathroom for an upgraded room are abysmal. The hand and body gel was disgusting and I had to buy soap. 2. Our maid didn’t refill our gel when we checked in which was fine since it was disgusting anyway. Room was clean everyday except the maid left her trash in our bin - totally not ok! 3. Room service is not 24 hours like they said - it’s only until 6am. And then you order from the breakfast menu. The selections were minimal and food quality not great. The only thing we can eat was the shrimp wrap. 4. Breakfast was not great. We’ve had way better buffet breakfast at other all inclusives in Cabo 5. Laundry service - the guy who picked up our clothes didn’t understand any english at all. I asked a question about the form and just shrugged his shoulders at me. Very frustrating. 6. There’s no water you can get nor coffee in the lobby. There is a coffee machine by the bar at the plaza. If you’re going to an excursion and need bottled water, just head to a grocery or gas station to get waters. 7. Overall food was extremely salty. We had better good outside the resort 8. When you check in, someone will try to sell you a presentation to save money on something. Don’t do it!! You will be stuck on your vacation for the whole day even if they tell you it’s only an hour. Total ripoff

Solid all inclusive resort with awesome food options/restaurant staff
I’ve been to Cabo several times add other resorts on this incredible private beach that I love so much. But this is the first time I stayed at this particular resort. I wanted to extend my stay at a different resort, but they had no rooms available so I stumbled onto this gem. My room was near the VIP pool, which had the most unbelievable view of the marina which I’ve never been privileged to see before. The resort is a city for it/village in itself, sort of reminds me of Vegas in that regard. It’s much larger than I anticipated but I must say that the main thing that led me to extend my stay from three nights to eight, was the fact that even with being an incredibly restrictive diet . For health reasons, the amazing attentive restaurant staff moved to heaven and earth to make sure that I was not only able to eat, but eat WELL! Being on a super restricted diet is obviously very difficult in Mexico with all of the delicious local cuisine that I wasn’t able to enjoy, but there were a few individuals that were in charge of the buffet and steakhouse who made sure that I was able to have many delicious options. Even though I did not ask them to do this, they offered and insisted on making every dish, specially tailored to my difficult dietary needs, and they truly made the experience so amazing that not only did I extend my trip, but I am looking forward to another visit there later this year. I want to point out these four individuals who were so incredible with everything they did for me, they are not only amazing staff but incredible human beings that really cared about my situation. Miguel -supervisor of buffet Omar -supervisor of steakhouse Poncho -server at steakhouse Luis-server at steakhouse I’m very glad I discovered this resort and I am very grateful to the people who made sure that I was able to enjoy the experience and maximize it It’s a solid resort and a great value for the money. Thanks again to the incredible individuals that I pointed out in my review and I hope to see you all again later this year, keep up the great work guys, hope to see you all again

Amazing Staff at Finisterra
We have spent another wonderful week at Sandos Finisterra in Cabo San Lucas. I just want to give a shout out to the staff who are all extremely attentive to the guests. They are led by an awesome GM! Thanks to Jaz at breakfast at Emiliano’s and then at Tortuga at lunch! The staff around the pool work tirelessly to get everyone drinks. Ish at the members pool is always so wonderful! Thank you to all of the staff who work so hard to make our stay great! Mucho Gracias!
