    Our family experience

    My kids 7 and 9 loved this resort. The slide pool, the daily free ice cream, the zip line and the shows were awesome. Their kid's cool is fantastic. The staff is kind, amazing and truly caring. They had so many cool activities for them. They also have a great playroom with some air hockey and table games. The food was amazing, their tacos so darn good! Our fav part were the daily shows, they were super professional and entertaining. The staff is kind and amazing. Improvement: too many lines to access things like the general buffet, the elevator. Not nearly enough pool beds or seating, we had to wake up early to get a spot and that is not fun while you are on vacation. Plus they charged for special beds in the pool and beach, those take a bunch of space that could be used to seat other guests. That was my least favourite part, it felt a bit of rip off since we paid for an all inclusive and were not able to get the basics at the pool i.e. a seating place for our family.

    Seadust Family Resort 💕 🏖️

    love my room’s view and the much needed jacuzzi on our balcony! love the servant’s heart of all the employees! love the variety of the restaurants! love the pool’s layout and love all the families here on vacation, Big Ben Restaurant is awesome( Miguel, Roberto and Angeles) and Julio for excursions was so very helpful.

    Take your family elsewhere!

    I booked the Seadust because of the family amenities and a travel deal I couldn't pass up. Unfortunately we got what we paid for. This resort is in dire need of repair and renovation. The deferred maintenance was everywhere and very concerning, especially on the balconies. The first three days of our trip provided no hot water for showers on the first 5 floors. We had two sinks in our bathroom but only one worked. The toilet paper holder was broken. The beds and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The spa was closed, the waterpark was closed. The common areas were always too hot and the seating was uncomfortable everywhere you went, which was particularly aggravating when you have to wait and hour to an hour and a half to be seated for dinner. The food is mediocre at best and the pool water is murky. And don't even try to order wine. The house wine is rubbish and their extensive wine list? Nothing is in stock. The drinks from the bar were good and most of the staff was pleasant, but that's the only positive thing I have to say about the Seadust. Take your family elsewhere!

    I liked it but not great

    Ice cream line is 1 hour long and so is buffet at peak hours, no lawn chairs ever buffet is not too tasty otherwise hotel is okay, German view it’s worth it. Too many people reserve at like 5 am their chairs and you will never ever get one. Forget it.

    WORSE resort ever ...

    Main buffet resturant did not have AC running worse humidity ever. Out of all 10 resturant that only one was ope for brekfast long lines . Over crawed pools Zip line can only 2 turns per day. 1 1/2 nightly waitting time to eat at the only 4 restuarant open.
