    Awesome Experience - Aura Secrets

    Had an amazing time at the resort. Great location and facilities. They are in the process of updating some & it will be even better. Hook up with Amilcar - he is wonderful. Set us up with trips, taxis, restaurants, beaches - amazing man!!! We will definitely return.

    Not the Secrets experience you will expect.

    Very disappointing - every other Secrets Resort we have stayed at has been outstanding. Aura Cozumel hardly feels like a Secrets Property and is a stain on the Secrets brand. Our room was loaded with dust, causing me severe allergy issues our first night. It took 3 days for our phone to be repaired, 4 days for our coffee maker to be repaired, and the hotel APP never works. The property is older, but that is no excuse for it being sloppy and dirty. Nothing about this resort makes you feel pampered. Towel service at the beach and pools was lousy. Not much entertainment in the evenings. This resort does not reflect well on the Secrets brand.

    Great trip

    Food was great, bed was extremely comfortable, the view from our room was amazing and the weather could not be beat. Our room did smell like a musty basement, but we were only in there to sleep and change clothes so we would open the door and that helped. We will definitely be back. Staff was wonderful. Love the island vibe!!

    Vow Renewal

    This was our second time visiting Secrets Aura. We booked a Preferred Club room this time and absolutely loved the added benefits. We celebrated our 10th anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony on the beach, just the two of us. The ceremony, photography and romantic beach dinner all exceeded our expectations. Our wedding coordinator Elvis did a wonderful job making the day perfect for us. This will definitely be a vacation we will remember for years to come. We loved every moment of it!

    Un hotel de caribe e isleño total !!!

    Si quieres disfrutar del caribe autentico con un servicio cercano y atento , es espectacular!! La comida muy bien !! ( ha mejorado mucho ) , No hay mejor puesta de sol en el mundo !!! El spa muy bien y completo !! Una experiencia memorable y para repetir !!
